I was paying out of pocket monthly, for a medication that I was not able to find at most pharmacies, because rx way didn’t accept my insurance. Michelle, the pharmacist/owner was aware that I was going to them for that one medication.When my doctor accidentally sent multiple prescriptions there, I told Michelle it was a mistake and I only needed that one medication from them, given that my other pharmacy does work with my insurance and it had the other medications that I needed. I told her I would have the prescriptions cleared up and call back and she was okay with it.When I called back after having the doctor resend that one prescription to rx way, Michelle responded by saying that I misunderstood her. What she meant to say was that either I purchase all of my medications from Rx Way, or she won’t sell me the one medication that I needed and was paying out of pocket for, because it wasn’t fair for their business. Since she knew I wasn’t going to do this, she said they can no longer do business with me and hung up the phone.This is not only bad customer service, but also unethical. Michelle, the owner, preferred to lose me as a customer who was paying for an expensive medication, monthly, than work with me, because she knew that I would have to pay out of pocket for all of my meds if I filled them up at Rx Way.As a business, they are money hungry and don’t care about their customers. The kindness Michelle presents is not genuine. Michelle suddenly cut me off as a customer, and from a medication that I need to take daily, which she knew I would have difficulty finding elsewhere.

I had a fantastic experience with the staff at RxWay Pharmacy. The customer service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to meet my needs. Michelle, in particular, provided exceptional service by informing me about available coupons for my prescriptions that big chain stores do not typically tell you about, ultimately lowering the cost. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of their services, regardless of insurance coverage.

We had just relocated and were looking for a new pharmacy. The customer service here is top-notch. Michelle and her team are extremely proactive and customer-oriented. She took the initiative to call our old pharmacy and get a voucher number from the account there that will end up saving us literally hundreds of dollars this year. It's almost unheard of to encounter this nowadays. Can't thank her and her team enough. Highly recommend!

Asked if they had a medication in stock and instead of just telling me yes or no, they instead said it's expensive and they don't take my insurance but to try Walmart and then hung up.

I was in a bind for a compounding pharmacy, which CVS was unable to provide my Rx. Michelle at RxWay Pharmacy was kind and was able to help me quickly by reaching out to my doctor to find a substitute prescription that would be covered by my insurance, as well as safe for breastfeeding. She was able to help me too when insurance was having problems covering my Rx. Incredibly accommodating during my otherwise hectic day. I would go here again for sure!

Michelle and staff give courteous knowledgable service everytime I visit them. I moved all my prescriptions to Rxway when Walgreens and the major pharmacies decided that they know better than my doctor what medicines I am allowed to put in my body and why as they refused to fill and refill prescriptions I had with them. Rxway will fill your prescriptions and discuss as much as you want about them. I leave the store with a smile every visit. 5 star service!!
