I'm honestly not sure how to express my dissatisfaction with my visit to this place. I had two loads on my trailer they took the entirely wrong load. They were supposed to get four pallets they ended up taking 34 pallets. When I came back to get it straight nobody was here except for one supervisor who unloaded his load and told me that there wouldn't be anyone available until 3:00 p.m... I need to be at the other receivers by 2:00 or they close and I have to spend the entire night in Orlando. I was probably told I wouldn't get out of here no earlier than 4:00 p.m.

I never workied with manager/supervisor who sets bad example as bad as here. He is disrespectful, unprofessional, does not follow procedures, hides damages, on personal calls during shift, dosent report incidence when an employee gets hurt or equipment that should not be used, and he talks down on employees with other employees, Uses profanity all day long... the list goes on and on. Thank god for the few good workers there are we would never get anything done. I wish we had a supervisors like at FedEx Frieght.
