Came in today to look for a wallet, the Yves Saint Laurent styles were in the top contenders to be my next wallet. A young man started to help me but then proceeded to watch a video on his phone. Seemed kind of odd and unprofessional but no big deal. If I were the manager, I would advise my staff to be considerate of customers.

I had an amazing shopping experience at YSL Millenia mall! I stopped by couple weeks ago and wasn’t sure about one bag but Janaina gave great recommendations and I ended up buying a tote bag! I love it! Janaina is super friendly, nice, professional. She made sure that we like everything, offered drinks, we had a small talk as well. Janaina is very nice and we felt welcoming! We’ll be definitely shopping with her more! Thanks!!

Just had the absolute worst luxury store shopping experience here. My parents bought a bag and my mom sent me to return it because it was an impulse purchase that she was no longer 100% about and was never used. I walk into the store and I am met with a nice male associate and a woman at the front. I let them know that I was there for a return and they go ahead and take everything out of the bag and the woman starts inspecting the bag.The bag was bought a week ago and was not worn because it was kept in a box until I had the time to pop into the store. She starts telling me how they’re going to be unable to take the bag back because it was completely stained with makeup when my mother doesn’t even wear makeup and said it was already creased when it was never worn just tried on. I ended up finding out this woman was the manager Tatiana and the other reviews are saying the same things about how she really needs to get her eyes checked because there was no marks on the bag. She ended up telling me I should just regift the bag and with this economy I could not imagine being so ignorant that you would tell someone to just regift a $1700 bag that they no longer wanted. I ended up having to go back and forth with her until she finally said they’d be able to do an exchange and it would have to be final sale. From the moment our interaction started she was so rude and seemed like she had no respect for me or my situation. She seriously needs a reality check on customer service because no one has anything nice to say about her, maybe Saint Laurent at the Millenia mall should look into a new manager. Maybe someone with a soul. 0 Stars.

I wish I had read the reviews firstMy wife and I stopped in last week after a few purchases at Louis Vuitton the same dayMy wife said she just wanted to take a lookWe ended buying a little clutch purse very nice piece (although very similar to the one she bought next door!My wife never took it out of the packaging and a week later decided she really didn’t want it and my daughter returned itOn her trip she was told no problem we’ll return it but you need the original card ? Never heard of that before as they have the detailsSo she went back today and what a disasterShe was told the bag was used (impossible it never left there packaging) and that they would not accept a return and she must pick something else. I wish she had called me instead of opting for thisI called the manager Tatiana she was so rude and dismissive this is obviously a culture problem in that storeWe are very lucky in our life and can afford the finer things, my wife has a very large collection of Louis Vuitton and probably spend north of 40k a year on similar brandsI have never had this happen to me before, in fact on the same day my daughter returned a belt from Vuitton my wife had bought and just didn’t like it when she got home the difference in attitude was amazing no problems no issuesI have disputed this charge and will be following up with their corporate office I’m disgusted at how a luxury brand operatesI will be returning the exchanged item to the store and they can work it out

Worst purchasing experience from high end brand ever. Estimated delivery date was completely wrong. Item was estimated to arrive over and a month ago and still no update. Customer service has been impossible to get a hold of. Nobody can give me a delivery date for my order and its been over a month since placing my order. Not Recommended to purchase from ever!

Where do i start with this store and their management. I put purchased a bag last year around end of December, about 2.5 months later the bag start falling apart . I went back to the store and they told me i need to drop the bag off to be sent for repairs. The guy that helped me said it will be around 6 weeks. When i left the bag at the store was beginning of march . I have not received the bag until end of July. Nobody from the store ever called to let me know that it takes longer than they promised. Nevertheless, when they receive the bag . I got a call to pick it up . I told them that i don’t live in Orlando and i would like the store to send it to my house . The guy on the phone said i need to pay for the shipping. I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that i have to pay for shipping when i paid $3000 for a bag. I asked why would i pay for shipping after waiting for my bag for 4 months . The guy was extremely rude on the phone; raising his voice ! Actually yelling at me on the phone saying something along the lines “ because you have to”. I was shocked how he was handling the situation and how unprofessional he was . Later i received a call from the store manager, apologizing. I said it’s okay. You can go ahead and send me the bag . I told her on the phone to inspect the bag because not only the chain broke but the bag was pealing when it was sent for repair. Now Keep in mind i only had that bag for 2.5 months . The store manager said “ I inspected the bag myself, it is in a perfect condition …When i received the bag and inspected it myself the bag was still damaged . It had pealed leather spots . I contacted her and told her about it . She ask me if i can take a picture. I did so, and she agreed the bag was still damaged . I told her i didn’t want this bag anymore. I wanted a new one . The store manager then told me . That was a new bag !!!! That her employee Jason actually sent me a brand new bag . They did not send the one that was repaired. Now I’m a little confused because before she send my bag she said she INSPECTED THAT BAG HERSELF!!!! I’m 100% she got caught in lie. This store it’s absolutely terrible and obviously you can’t trust their employees! I will never walk into this store again and i don’t know how they store their merchandise but the quality it’s absolutely horrible!! I’m posting this to urge everyone not to shop at this store.The fact that the store manager lied to me about inspecting the bag and that the bag was in a perfect condition then to follow up that they actually did not send the repaired bag but a new one , it’s beyond scary .Also asked to have the information to the region manager . She gave me an email, which i sent an email to . Never received a response . If this is how this brand threats their customers, It’s absolutely disappointing! And i will not purchase this brand Again.

Absolutely lovely store. Everyone is very helpful very professional and yes they take time detailing and fixing wonderful jewelry that I ordered that needed to be fixed and they were very furry. Well professionals.

My sister and I met Tommy Chin last week. He was so friendly and helpful! I was visiting from New York and will be relocating to the Orlando area in a week. Once I get settled in, I will definitely make sure to stop by and pick up some things. His attention to detail and energy are 5 star all the way!

Beautiful store and for a high end store, the people were so nice and inviting. The store is super clean and everything in there just begs to be picked up. Whether you are going to buy something or not it is worth going into and seeing what's new.

I was dead set on buying the Loulou bag but I went to the other luxury stores first to see the other bags I love in person. Other stores were polite and welcoming. Went inside the Saint Laurent and the staff were not friendly and not warm at all. A sales associate asked me if I’m looking for a specific product, I told him what I wanted, he got it for me, never say any details or info about the product, I felt like he feels he was wasting his time on me. He was dismissive and at times condescending. I kept my conversation with him very polite and gentle.I drove 2 hours to Orlando because I want the shopping experience. If I don’t, I could’ve just ordered the bag on the YSL website. I want to have a human interaction and have that luxury shopping experience but was totally let down but Saint Laurent employees. I still purchased the bag because that’s what I wanted. I hope the management will train their staff on costumer service. This place seriously need an improvement.

Ask for Christian !!I always have the best shopping experience with him . Extremely patient and thorough . He always goes above and beyond to help me source hard to find pieces , and I never feel rushed or pressured into making a purchase . Top tier service you don’t find too often anymore .

I ordered sandals almost 3 weeks ago. Not just that I didn’t receive them, I’m also been waiting for a follow up with no success. I’m very disappointed with the service, I won’t ever buy again from this store.
