I didn’t grab the name of the manager but she was SO SWEET :’) I was going in to look for red hair dye that would be good for darker hair, and she helped me right away and gave me really great advice. I just finished dying my hair and I’m in love with how it turned out! Thank y’all so much ❤️

3pm on a Thursday, door is locked with a sign that says "we're closed today" no explanation. Google says they're open till 8pm. The sign has a QR code to shop online...If I wanted to shop online I wouldn't have come to the store.After I got back into my car 3 other people walked up to the door only to realize they were closed.This location is losing so much business. Extremely unprofessional when a business can't honor their OWN hours ?Honestly it doesn't even matter how upset or inconvenienced I am as a customer about it, they're the ones losing money and hurting their business.

Visited store #1225, was greeted by Ms. E. Velez. She is the most amazing employee ever met. Knowledgeable, friendly and really knows which products are best for you. Will always go to that store location. Keep up the good work, Ms. Velez please always keep your smile.

I love the staff! Every time I go in they make me laugh and we have nice conversations while they help me find new curl products to try next. There’s one woman that has a different hair color every time I see her and she always has a smile on her face. I like coming here because it’s always a good vibe. The manager (I believe her name is Amanda) always finds the best products for me.

Wow.... Just wow! As far as the store itself, not bad, pretty neat. The service, not great. I clearly needed help but the three females that were there were way too busy gossiping and roasting an employee that was apparently running late, based on the loud and inappropriate conversation they were having. One of them even stepped outside with the door propped open to flirt with a guy that works next door to them while the others laughed. The worst thing is that one of those females had the title "Store Manager" on her name tag. I was present when the worker that was running late called, as the phone was ringing they were already mocking her and predicting that the employee was running late. Then they were saying how much they dislike her, how they can't stand her and calling her names that are too inappropriate for me to post here. Then they proceeded to make fun of the victim's boyfriend appearance. I use the word victim because no matter how bad an employee or person can be, everyone deserves respect, and all I felt were mean girl vibes and bullying. Disgusting. Please investigate and discipline everyone involved. I can give you all the details if needed, including the description of every person involved. The environment that surrounded me was the meaning of the word toxic. Horrible experience!

I was in Orlando dog sitting for my son. I forgot to bring my tweezers and nail Giles with me. I went in to this shop and asked where they had tweezers. The girl did not know what tweeted were. I tried to explain what tweezers were! Then she said this store doesn’t carry them. I found some but it seemed like everything that I looked at was misplaced. There was another older girl there and she said that the customers always place products in the wrong place. This has to be one of the worst Sally’s!

The smell of mold in this place makes me scared for the employees forced to work inside this store all day. Not only does it smell awful but I feel it’s going to result in health problems for employees and immunocompromised guests. Seriously, this company needs a new location. Super gross.

I went to Sally's to buy a protein treatment and there was an associate (short and sassy) that helped me out and was very informative. I wish I would have gotten her name. I hope she is there every time I go.

I was just in Sally's and when a worker had asked for another co-workers help she had asked why. She has the worst customer service.

I will not be back to this store again. Customer service is awful and they never have what I need in stock. I understand the pandemic we are in but to be rude and shut the door on me because I don't have a mask is unacceptable. Meanwhile 2 people in the store were shopping with NO MASKS!!!! Must be friends of the rude worker
