I went to this store for the first time last Saturday and the service was spectacular, they know what they are talking about perfectly, Leslie guided my daughter-in-law and I excellently, my hair was very damaged and she found me the products that I really needed, also My hair was virgin and my daughter-in-law wanted to give me a makeover before I turned 50 hahaha I still have several years to go and I guide her on what products to use not only so that the color will be spectacular so that it also won't damage my hair and the best with spectacular offers. Today I returned with my daughter so she can buy your products and the boy, forgive me, I didn't ask for his name, but Leslie treats us fabulously and guided my daughter to products according to her hair. We left once again fascinated. I've read some comments here and it really wasn't our case. Thank you for your attention and I will continue buying from this store. Here I show you the products I bought to maintain my hair.

Terrible store. I moved residently and I always shop at zally. I have always received great attention. This store doesn't pay attention to you. They go back. They leave the store alone and you have to wait when there are no customers. They are not interested in selling.I will not return to this store with such poor service.

DO NOT GO HERE. I was looking around for 5 minutes and within that time I was accused of stealing merchandise more than once. The woman with red hair loudly threatened to check the cameras and confronted me at the door about an eyeliner I considered buying and put back RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER. Consider hiring employees with better customer/ comprehension skills.

I went in today to get extensions, but had no idea what I was doing. The lady inside helped me choose the right ones for me, explained the different ways to apply them, and helped me choose not based on how much spent but what would actually benefit me most. She then explained in incredible detail how to prep and apply them, and how to treat them. I felt welcomed and had a great experience.

WORST SALLYS EVER DO NOT GO HERE AND IF YOU ARE BLACK THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE GARBAGE!!!! I WOULD GIVE IT ONE STAR IF I COULD!!!!Terrible terrible customer service. Extremely racist and treated me like absolute garbage as well as talked to me like I was stupid. Refused to give me certain products that were labeled "see associate" bc they assumed I was going to steal them. I asked for it multiple time & they kept repeating to me that they were going to keep it behind the register. Meanwhile it was just hair dye & there was plenty of other hair dye on the shelves so I don't understand what the big deal was. I also had a basket of things so I'm confused how I made it seem like I was going to steal these hair dyes? They also lied to me telling me 2 products were the same when they were completely different and literally argued with me (and got loud) about it. I've used both products, and no they are not, they were from the same brand & had different names and directions and everything. I just ended up walking out of the store since they were being so hostile to me.

Went in on. 1/8/2023. As soon as I walked in there were 3 reps at the door. One young lady pleasantly smiled, the second was distressed because the third was berating her loudly and openly in front of me and other patrons. She said something to the effect of, “going forward that cannot happen again, do you understand.” Her tone was condescending and very unprofessional. I’ve been a manager for many years in both retail and medicine. I would never dream of talking to my staff this way, especially in front of customers.After I walked the store to scan the items I walked up to the front to ask if they had what I was looking for. I excused myself for the interruption. The woman who was berating the other earlier on is described as having very short reddish brown hair. Mid question she interrupted me and snapped the word, “no.” I snickered a bit and continued to politely ask my question to completion. She took 2 slow blinks again and said,” no.” I’m not bothered that they didn’t carry the item. I was bothered by her brazen display of lack of professionalism.I was tempted to go back and ask her name but I just had a death in the family and wanted to get back home. She’s clearly unhappy with her job and doesn’t know the first thing about building interpersonal relationships with her coworkers much less the customers.

Clean, good customer service and convenient location, I came searching for hair nets which they didn’t have but one of the employees searched for me on Amazon and found them, so I was able to get them; very helpful. Thank you!!

Highly don’t recommend this location. Tried to make a return had my receipt . Was given attitude by the cashier in the morning and couldn’t do the return because my husband purchased with his debit card. So I waited to go back with my husband decided I would do an exchange. As soon as I walked in another employee that was not there when I went in said “oh you have the card”. As if I didn’t have my receipt. She wasn’t even there when I went in the morning. I guess employees are better at gossiping, and maintaining a rude attitude with customers. Instead of providing services to paying customers. Both employees are useless and should consider another job.

Literally stood in line to pay for 5 minutes and the employee knew I was there but continued to rearrange the shelves 3 feet away if that. I felt like he only came over to the register because there was a line forming behind me. He didn't greet me or ask me if I needed gloves like they usually do. He cashed me out and slid the bag over without saying a word to me. Terrible customer service and I wish I would have gotten his name. I will go out of my way to never go back to that location.

Such an attitude when I returned a few items. Eyerolling, looking me up and down, condescending remarks. I don’t know if returning an item causes the individual employee to miss a paycheck but you’d think so. I went on a Monday morning when it would be empty so I wouldn’t take away from any other customers.

The store was clean and organized the staff was nice and helpful to the point I was encouraged to open a credit card with sally beauty..... and the nightmare starts??first I didn’t receive my card to be able to pay my bill then when I called to know why the card was late!!! ,they said we had a wrong address (I don’t know how) so, I gave them the right address and kept waiting to receive the card....two weeks later and a total of one month and nine days , still nothing is showing, but a bill in my mail with an extra fee of 30$ for being late for my payments.This is like a scam they don’t send you the card to be able to pay your bills but at the same time they send you the bill (on the same address ) with an extra penalty charges???
