A tasty pizza at a fair price in the Porto Fino hotel area next to Universal, with boat access at no additional cost. Worth the trip and the pizza....

Overall it was a good quick meal. I ordered the sals classic on wheat . It was good. They put all the veggies on the side due to the size of the bread which was actually preferable. The sandwich tasted good and the dressing was delicious. The chips it came with were definitely stale

Sal’s Market is located at ground level of Portofino Hotel. This market used to be my go-to eatery whenever I stayed at Portofino Hotel. Because they used to offer Italian cuisine at very very approachable price. After a long day exploring the Universal Studios, I decided to check out Sal’s. After a pleasant ferry ride to Portofino, I ran into the market to place an order. I ordered a large size of Salvatore and a drink. And I waited. And waited more patiently. 30 minutes passed and I heard the cashier explaining to customers that pizza orders can take 45 minutes or longer. Well, they should’ve explain to me when I placed the order!! I got really pissed off at minute 52 and I was so ready to give this place a 1 star review. At that moment, the pager vibrated and I picked up my pizza. Had my first bite and my anger disappeared. Oh boy, it was so good and just realized I only paid like $21? Looks like this is potentially the best valued meal in the Universal area. I am coming back here soon.

Above average pizza and subs. Slow service. Side of olives was huge!

it took 30 minutes to get a sandwich ready and I wonder whether they really know how to cook.

Sal’s is one of the best places to eat in all of Universal. Their pizza is very tasty and we loved the crust. The pizza paired very nicely with the wedge salad. Highly recommend.

Can't go to Orlando without stopping by Sal's for lunch whether we stay at Portofino Bay or not! ❤️

Not a bad place at all for a quick lunch while at the hotel. Outside seating overlooked the water gives a feel of Italy.Wood fired pizzas, sandwichs, and salads. Not overpriced either. A 14" handmade wood fired pizza for $20? What more can you ask for?

We loved Sal's! First time visiting and we ordered the Salvatore Pizza which had pepperoni, sweet Italian sausage and mushrooms. Thin crust, hot, fresh and delicious. Staff was efficient and pleasant. This is a quick serve place, but has plenty of seating inside and out or you can take food to go. Paper plates are available if you need them for your to go order.Everything we saw looked appetizing. Kids chicken tenders and fries was a huge portion.

I came for a family experience and only got a gastronomical nightmare, the pizzas are dry and the ingredients of poor quality. Hard bread, no fresh drinks but only canned. Also, the attitude of the employees leaves much to be desired, they are despots and of such poor quality to solve as their

Pizza was decent. Service was really good. Very convenient when staying at lowes portofino bay hotel, it's 1 of their restraunts on site!Dietary restrictions: They are allergy friendly and take precautions not to have cross contamination!

While enjoying our stay at Loews Portofino at Universal Orlando, we decided to give Sal's Market Deli a try for some pizza and sandwiches! We ordered a half cheese, half pepperoni pizza, Garlic Breadsticks Pomodoro, and another member of our party ordered a Chicken Parmigiana Sub with a Side Caesar Salad. Everything was freshly made to order, tasted fantastic, and came in good portion sizes. The breadsticks had a very slight crunch on the outside and were warm and perfectly chewy on the inside. The chicken parm Sub was enough for the person in our party to take half back to the room, and the pizza was perfectly sized for two people to split and have a few slices left over. The atmosphere is quaint and the service was friendly!
