This is hands-down, one of the best thrift stores in all of Orlando. The Salvation Army family store on W. Colonial Dr. in Orlando Florida has incredible vintage and antique glass and dishware, vintage clothing, amazing furniture and art and the prices crush other thrift store such as Goodwill. They are so reasonable - and not only that -the staff are so kind. I received the best customer service from Donald and Rachel, Who are beyond patient with me as I always end up arriving about 20 minutes before they close because I’m coming from after work and they are the sweetest most professional people I’ve ever had the privilege of interacting with. I’m going to continue to go there and I encourage anyone who hasn’t been to check out the Salvation Army family store in Orlando Florida on W. Colonial Dr.

I love this Salvation Army. I’ve been shopping here for years. I used to find my daughter really cute outfits and I told her if anyone ask where she got them just tell them Sals Boutique. 🤣

I have been trying to schedule a donation pickup since last week. I left messages and no return phone call. I spoke with two people who were rude over the phone and didn't allow me to explain why I was calling. I was quickly transferred to someone who couldn't assist me. I'm disappointed with their customer service and lack of response.

It is always a pleasant trip to the thrift store with my friends. We were always able to go ti a cashier together and they would check us all out until today. Today we were rudely sent to the back of the line after waiting like everyone else. I get that things change, but there is always a way of going about things. I will go back for the clothes but will totally avoid that cashier next time. Very disappointed!

Called for a pick up, the driver was absolutely rude, the helper was ok.
The driver Alberto had a chip on his shoulders, not a decent person at all. People like that should not work with the public.

Not sure if this is the right place to put this comment. I reached out to Salvation Army as my family was struggling to pay rent. I reached out to the salvation army rent assistance phone number and the person on the other line was extremely rude. She sent me to the case workers voice-mail three times. Finally was able to get ahold of the case worker only for her to not only be rude and cut me off when I was explaining my situation but also told me that I need to make more than my rent. Why in the world would I have called you if I had the money to pay my rent. This is absolutely horrifying as I was desperate. Salvation Army states they help their community I think not.

I have her good things about salvation army. My family donated on 02/14/2024 a lot of things to them. Today they came out today to pick up a table, The guy who was looking over the table. stated they can't only chairs yet it was It was a full table and 4 chairs. My grandmother who is 95 years old didn't understood his told him that and he told her well since you do not understand me I am leaving. He lied and took pictures of wrong things and told manager it wasn't a set. Manager telling me about their trash cost $8000-$10000. If you don't understand ask!! Unacceptable behavior

It's an alright place for clothing and art and furniture not books or DVDs or Blu rays available here sucks but the prices are great
