I recently went to the Sam's Club Cafe to grab a pizza after doing some shopping. It wasn't a great experience, for me because the service was really slow. After I placed my order for the pizza I waited for it to be prepared. However, as time went on I started getting worried. I decided to ask about the status of my order since they're supposed to handle orders in the order they receive them. Unfortunately, when I checked on how things were going with my order I found out that it had been moved up in line causing delays. So in the end I ended up waiting for an hour for my pizza, which was longer, than what I had expected at first.

Grab a shopping cart on your way in from the parking lot. 9 times out of 10, there are no carts on the weekend.The best part about shopping here for me is the ability to use the mobile app to check out and skip the register lines. You will even get extra savings on some items if you use the app. I can pull over wherever in the store and scan my items at my own pace. I can also use it as a price checker. Once you've checked out on the app, just show the barcode on the way out. Super simple.There is a liquor store next door but make sure you put your groceries away first, no carts allowed.

Silver River upstream from this launch is hands down the most beautiful river I have ever navigated!Depths go from less than 10 feet to over 30 feet quickly, with a bottom of silver sand and grass!Saw manatee, gators, birds, fish…. And a lot of folks enjoying day float trips!Took us 3 hours round trip, no wake enjoyment for sure!Note, you cannot tie up at the springs for a bathroom break. Go…. Before you go!

Yesterday I was shopping @ my local Sam's club. I like gift cards to give away as gifts. This time I purchased one for "Wild Wings Cafe". However when I went to redeem I found out through my "Yelp" app that the restaurant I previously visited in Jacksonville Florida had closed "Permanently". And there were no more locations in Florida. Today I returned to Sam's for a refund or store credit and was told @ Customer Support, "No Refunds" for gift cards. Even though that information is not posted in the area where you purchase gift cards. Makes no sense that you don't have this posted where shoppers can be made aware until they have a problem. It's not even posted at the register. WARNING: DO NOT BUT GIFT CARDS AT SAM'S. they'll tell you it's your problem. I'll go back to getting mine through Amazon. I've never had issues returning anything I had problems with there.

I'm a huge sams club fan and have been a member and this club may be the worst I have ever been in. Have sale prices advertised and then does not account for it at the register. Then only single secondary check out person to leave incapable of doing a job. Was with a friend saying how great sams is and now not sure he will become member because this is local store. Never again

The Sam's Cafe has gotten. There is not enough people working and in organized. Been standing in line for over 30 minutes just to get a chocolate yogurt. Long line at least 10 to 15 deep. Running out of supplies, yogurt, straws. Lucky I did not have anywhere else to be. People standing in line for hotdogs . Ended up with vanilla instead oHate to see what it will be like during the holidays. No need in calling the store manager number, it only a recording.

this is for the store on Colonial Drive in Orlando. While checking out, the register gave an error and requested a associate. The associate stood at the lake next to us for about 5 mins before coming over to scan her badge so we could continue. While I'm process she started asking us a bunch of questions then gets to the point of a credit card? I'm in line to check out don't waste my time trying to get me to sign up for a credit card. All that did was annoy me and then she gets an attitude. This store I will never visit again.

Bad management, lack of automotive service tech. It's better if they don't do tires, otherwise they have to hire enough technicians. Too crowded and they don't even think about making a new exit on the other side of the parking lot. The manager should be better trained and must mean business.

I recently went to Sam's club, for some groceries. I used to be at Costco but I later canceled my membership. Mostly because they didn't have chocolate ice cream. I have a 6yr daughter who is obsessed with chocolate. She loves it. So every time we go to the stores I let her get some ice cream. Today, I got my groceries and she begged me to get chocolate ice cream. I agreed. There were about 5 families in front of me. About twenty minutes later, we finally got up to the register. I ordered and the lady said they ran out of chocolate ice cream. My daughter was devastated. A few minutes later the chocolate ice cream was up and running for the next customer. They did not offer to get me or my daughter ice cream, even after waiting for 20 minutes. I couldn't believe how disrespectful they were, after I had to deal with a crying child. I will be canceling my Sam's membership after this rude interaction. I hope no one has to deal with that sort of interaction again.

I've been here a couple of times. They usually have more items then my home Sam's club but I hate their gas station. It completely unsafe... I don't know how many times I've almost gotten into an accident while waiting for gas because it's so chaotic...

What one would expect Over large large box store with tons of bulk shopping over all it is ok. I guess being a huge Costco I expect a certain quality of service and cleanliness. This Sam's is close to the house less the 8 minutes which is a plus. Although the over all lay out of the store not so much. Veggies seemed a bit tired and the meat selection is just ok. Their customer service is a "C" at best... Now they did have fresh squeezed orange juice they do in store which is amazing and has me hooked so I will be shopping here just for that. Time is money and this is close to home!

I love shopping at Sam's especially with the connivence of the Scan and Go in the app. My only reason for not rating 5 stars is because it's been difficult to get in touch with the baker in the bakery dept for a question regarding a cake for my baby shower.
