BAD SERVICE FROM A SO-CALLED SUPERVISOR. SHE DIDN'T TREAT US BADLY JUST BECAUSE WE WERE CARRYING A PICTURE OF THE CARD SINCE WE HAD FORGOTTEN THE CARD. AND ALSO, A COUSIN BOUGHT THINGS FOR US AND SHE WAS STILL TREATING HER BADLY, EVEN THOUGH MY COUSIN HAD THE CARD IN HER HANDS. AND WHEN MY COUSIN WAS GOING TO PAY, THE SAME LADY WAS SAYING THAT SHE HAD TO SHOW A PHOTO ID AND ASKED FOR MORE INFORMATION, EVEN THOUGH MY COUSIN HAS BEEN A CUSTOMER AT SAMS FOR A LONG TIME. UNTIL A BOY WHO WORKS THERE CAME AND HE TOLD THE ONE WHO DIDN'T CHARGE THAT HE WOULD LET MY COUSIN SHOP. THE SO-CALLED SUPERVISOR HAD IT AGAINST ME. SHE WAS RACIST

I have dealt with 3 different store managers over 3 weeks about a financial issue. All three of them Anton, Miguel and Hana have taken my phone number and said they will call me, but none have followed through on that promise. Next step is reaching out to the news. They love these David vs Goliath stories.

The guys in the optical department were dismissive, rude, and unhelpful. Consequently, I had to go to the Sanford location to get my lenses. Otherwise, everyone else has been friendly. The gas pumps at this location don’t shut off quickly when your tank is full.

Well, it is Sam's. Good selection and reasonable bulk prices. Very busy, but very efficient - the self checkouts are a big improvement. And the scan and go is extremely efficient - a great addition.
