No longer will be giving this place my business, popped in real quick to grab about $50 worth of groceries. To my utter confusion and shock the female security guard and an employee are following making me really uncomfortable. So I bought the minimum $2 item I got as a favor for my roommate and advised them not to shop at this location or any save a lot.
Edit apparently this is common among Haitians who get a smidge of power and literally I don't know how to handle themselves

Walked in the store and the hatian security guard starts walking behind me. I turn on the next isle he turns on the same isle. I walk to the end of the isle go back the other way walking past him while he's just standing there watching me and he turns around and starts walking behind me again. I'm like "u following me bruh" then he walked away. 10 seconds later he's walking towards me in frozen section. I'm like "u got a problem? U keep following me" he's like "I no follow u" then he proceeds to turn on the next isle and comes right to where I'm at walking past me again. I decided to just leave with the two items I had lol then he's at the front watching me as I check out. I leave the store and walking through parking lot I turn around and dude is standing in the door watching me. Mind u this my first time visiting this store. I will never come back.

I have been shopping at Save a Lot for years, all of their staff has always been friendly and helpful! until today I had a young cashier who was telling the security that if he would just charge me a banana when I let him know that my daughter brought it from the car in my English, which is not perfect, at the moment I told him something she told me I'm sorry I don't speak Spanish and she threw my avocados into the cart the whole time she was repeating to me I don't speak Spanish this to me was a joke I should have a little more empathy, it works Customer service I don't understand how they can have staff So...

This place is sad. I bought meat from there and it was green underneath once I got it home. Went in there tonight most of the beef was brown, and didn't appear to be kept up to temp. Bought fish sticks home and discovered they too were not up to temp they were all thawed and mashed to pieces. The health department needs to pay them a visit. Just because its a lower income neighborhood doesn't mean the residents deserve this. Do better Save a lot

My experience with the cashier I didn’t get her name but she was so bad with service even if something wrong don’t take it out on customers I never did this but this service was awful time was after 7 to 8
