John was extremely rude and dismissive about logical questions and concerns for someone new to scuba. Happy to spend my money elsewhere with someone that has my safety and well-being ahead of their bottom line.

Ive rented from this place many times and given them hundreds of dollars of my money.John acted like a complete lunatic and was incredibly rude when I didn't bring the gear back when I was supposed to like that's never happened to a diver before. I paid him for the extra days I had it and he still never apologized. He lost me as a customer.

I'm from cape Canaveral,moved to Orlando a few years ago, needless to say I was looking for a scuba store in the Orlando area, I'm so happy I walked in Scuba World...the gentleman went out of his way for me,all I can say everyone looking for a scuba store how impressed u will be going to Scuba World...I'm definitely a loyal customer from here on out...thanks again Scuba World for your professionalism and knowledge and also great prices...see u guys soon!!!

This is a great dive shop. John is the nicest guy that takes his time to help and give great advice on dive equipment. Super honest and puts the customer first... will be a long-term customer because of that integrity.

The store consultants were outstanding by guiding us through the store to purchase our first load out. I feel informed and confident about my purchases and will be back to this location.Noob tip: They reminded me to use tooth paste on my new mask lense to remove the silicon layer from the glass.

Outstanding shop! After visiting 3 other Orlando dive shops with no luck I came here and they had the special hose that I needed to get me back on the water. Very professional and friendly Highly recommend Thank you!!
