I would give this 10 stars if I could!! I have extremely high bars for good food and atmosphere and service, this place was AMAZING on every level! The waitress knew exactly the what to order for us, and was so lovely! We sat in the cherry blossom room which was the perfect date night! It was beautiful. The food was off the charts, the freshest sushi and most interesting unique flavors combined. This place will go down as possibly my most favorite sushi restaurant ever.

Exquisite! Memorably great food and service Exceptional Sushi Restaurant Experience and we have been to many , nation wide . Our server was knowledgeable, engaged and downright intuitive as she helped us to navigate the menu, matching it to our whims . Standouts were the Carpaccio and Sashimi selection on ice . The rolls were amazing !!! My husband , who normally never has dessert , was astounded by the banana split interpretation and I joined in a lime tart creation that was out of this world . Fun place . We had a lovely booth but will be back to grab a bar seat next time to catch all the action . Chefs are obviously highly skilled . Highly recommend Sandra

Feels like a very elevated experience, had to reserve in advance. Prices I would say are mid to upper range depending on your taste. Had a lot of wine, cocktail options…I had “living my best life” very tequila forward so be sure to not drink on an empty stomach. The “yakisoba” was great and would definitely recommend, “corona” for sushi also a great option maybe get the eeel sauce on the side just in case. Only critique would be the food took a little longer than expected and I would say it is at a steeper price point but if you nice dining experience and enjoy sushi, i would recommend :)))

Great food! Everything was so tasty! Sushi, octopus, tomato’s were all great! Service was not the best ad some people in our group did not get their food until others were almost finished! Would go back again though.

Not worth it. I expect authentic sushi but no. Two rolls and one appetizer for $80. Sashimi are thin like paper.

The ambiance, service, and food from Seito are amazing. Competition in this area of Orlando for high-quality food is high, and having sampled A LOT of the competition, this place stands out and is worth your time to check out. Ask for Miguel, he is awesome.

Our FAVORITE sushi spot for date night. We always get the truffle Muso soup, Yellow Fever roll, Sweetheart roll, and then try something new. The chef always has new menu items that we sample and are never disappointed. We’ve tried the wings, lobsters dumplings, ramen and all were great. The cocktails are amazing too. Everything here is just so well balanced, and craft fully prepared. Can’t wait to go back!

Sushi is solid but too overpriced. Could get the same sushi pretty much most decent sushi places.

We had a wonderful dinner at Seito. Our server was friendly and helpful, and engaged the entire family in conversation. The food was incredible. It's pricey, but worth the cost in flavor and experience. Highly recommend!

Went to the other high end sushi restaurant on turkey lake at first because I like a sit at the sushi bar and interact with the sushi chef experience. However once we tried Seito my wife and I knew we had found our sushi spot. Customer service is top notch and food is as good as the other spot. It doesn't have the interaction at the sushi bar but it made up for it in other areas. For example at the other spot I mentioned the owner/chef seemed more interested in giving away a free meal to a celebrity and taking pictures with them. If you were not famous but spent a lot of money $250-$300 per person in his restaurant you got zero smile, wave, welcome back etc etc. at Seito the staff was very welcoming and the owners received several restaurateur awards. Recommend Seito 10 out of 10.
