I drove 1 hour to buy a specific perfume, showed them which one I wanted, and said it by name as well. The employee grabbed a box from a drawer, took it straight to the cashier, who scanned it and put it on a bag. I got home and took the perfume out of the bag, and it was the wrong perfume. I called the store and they said to bring it back. No compensation offered, even after I reminded them that not only it was THEIR mistake, but that now I had to drive back another hour.
I went to the Disney Springs location instead, they not only offered me a discount, but a goodie bag for my troubles! Now THAT'S how you're supposed to do business.
Very distracted employees at Millenia Mall location, and lacking care for their customer and the brand they represent.

The worker Priscilla was rude and used a condescending tone while speaking with me. It was as if she was trying to insinuate something. You work at Sephora, get over yourself. I’m a paying customer and expect to receive all of my items. Isn’t my fault that manufacturing or the warehouse made a mistake in packaging the product. Only received 1 out of 2 items. Do better Sephora. People spend their money here.

On February 5, I was at the store with my daughter, where we were served by Elena who gave us great attention and recommended many products from which we chose the ones we liked.
Nice place, great variety and prices of all kinds, we saw offers and we took the ones from Sol de Janeiro, some lip glow among other things, it's really worth it and Elena is very kind.
We will return for sure when we can

Visited the store looking for a specific product. Asked the employee about the product to be told they didn’t have it and we should go to Macys, even though the app said it was in stock to then find it in the store. Upon letting the employee know we found it even though they said they didn’t have it she said we should be more specific ext time. Customer service is just not good and the employee was rude.

Customer service needs to be worked on. Several times with different associates same problem very rude and just difficult to shop with I will definitely go to a different Sephora

Terrible customer service. The associates completely ignored me and my group, looking at us like we didn’t belong there. Not a single person offered to help, and instead, they all looked in different directions, pretending not to see us. This wasn’t just a one-time experience—it has happened before, and it’s beyond frustrating. If I’m spending my money somewhere, the least I expect is basic respect and assistance. Definitely the worst experience I’ve had at a Sephora.

I couldn’t find anybody for help so I tried to look for the item myself. The shelf was empty so I looked down to the storage under it. And suddenly a staff came towards me and say “You can’t open it” in a rude way. Even though did say “I’m sorry, I was looking for this item”, she was still rude through out the conversation. I’ve been to many Sephora a million times and there was no staff said that to me when they see me looking for stuff inside the storage under the shelf. The rule could be different at each store but that’s not how you treat your customers.

The whole experience is good. They have a variety of selections with all brands. Only hiccup is when I was browsing, one girl staff approached and asked me where I'm from... I replied what's that mean then she asked again.... Don't want to overthinking, but why this matters at all to buy makeups or there is special discount for people coming from certain area lol

Worse Sephora EVER! And I’ve been to many. I returned a few items yesterday and was treated like a theft. I mean the lady at the counter opened every single box and cross matched the item numbers. I had JUST purchased 2 of the items the day before via store delivery and one of the items less than a week prior. I had never had this happened to me at the Sephora before! This lady got her coworker and manager because the foundation (Nars soft matte) took back didn’t have a some sticker that I didn’t even know it was supposed to have as the Nars foundation doesn’t have shrink wrap it comes out the box. The manager had to tell her the foundation didn’t have to have a sticker for me to return it. It was like she was looking for a reason to deny my return. I wholeheartedly believe it was because of how I looked/was dressed….”urban” and she was an older Caucasian lady. Mind you I’d purchase 3 of the foundations in a weeks time trying to find my color. I sent one back immediately via mail, took this one back to the store and kept my match. I was so taken aback that I looked at my checked my match when I got home and guess what ….no “sticker”. As I stated I never experienced this at any Sephora before and I’ve been to many through the US. Heck I just was at one in Ohio and was treated with dignity and respect.
