The manager jojo should be kinder to people. This should be a positive beauty experience and she made me not want to return i believe a conversation about treating clients with respect should be had.

This is the laziest store ever. I called to see if something was in stock and they won’t get up off of their lazy butt to go look. They just want to sit on the computer and I can do that from home. What a waste of time! Never do I ever go to this mall and I will continue to not. I try and minimize any returning of products (in this case, no store that I want to go and patronize in person has what I want in stock), and I can’t go to a store where I have a bad experience over the phone. Saving myself a trip, order online and then have to return the ones that don’t match? Otherwise, can’t buy from that brand. I’m going to email Sephora and ask for samples in the foundation I want to buy but what a nightmare. It’s horrible and I will never be going to this location. Sephora needs to train their staff how to handle customer service inquiries and not be lazy. They suck and they literally are just so pointless and unhelpful over the phone! Wouldn’t go in store if paid!

The manager Tia was very rude and disrespectful! If it wasn’t my best friend’s birthday tomorrow I would have went to another locution! Worst experience of my life! Sephora do better! I spend a lot of money here because of certain brands but your customer service at this location sucks!

I was completely mistreated and exposed today at the Shepora store in the Florida mall by the store manager himself who probably doesn't know how to work with people. This manager has no education and speaks as if she were fighting or as if she were at a fair. I went to the store today, and called her asking for information about a product, I didn't really see the space between the boxes because the store was very crowded and I walked towards it! At that moment she literally started shouting several times in anger. I didn't understand and at that moment the whole store was already looking at me, which left me completely embarrassed! I will never return to this store again! This inelegant troublemaker woman shouldn't work as a manager in a store like this, she should work selling at the fair, because she loves shouting and embarrassing customers! I'm only going to give one star because I can't leave without marking anything

I have been shopping at Sephora for years. Recently the return policy has changed. You have 60 days to return a product. I missed my day by a couple of days. The only reason I wanted to return my products, was because I had an allergic reaction. It took a while because I was still using what I had left of my previous fave stuff. The person helping stated that the manger can over ride the transaction and give me store credit. The manager was not helpful and did not try to help at all. Clearly she could see the allergy on my face. Manager stated that I need to call corporate to see if they could help. I called corporate and they said it’s up to the store manager. What bothers me the most is that A) the manger did not try to resolve at all. B) I am a long time customer and they could see how much I spend in the store. C) the product is not cheap. I understand there are rules but there is also exceptions. Customer service is non-existing. I am no longer a Sephora follower/customer. Sephora @ Florida Mall.

I honestly had a bad time with a lady who worked at Sephora, because when I put my products in the register to pay, I put the money on the table, because I was missing other money that I was going to take out of my bag. . . . , and the lady looked at me badly without doing anything. nothing, and I told him what was happening, and then he asked me where I am from, because "I look like Brazilians who throw away money reluctantly", when I simply put it there to grab the other money he told me “you give it to me well” (? ? ?), I am a waitress and we always try to give the best customer service because we are the ones interested in selling. There is nothing wrong with putting money on the table. There is no way I will return to this Sephora.
