I don't think I've ever in my life have ever got so disrespected in my 32 years of living that I've EVER had to write a review. Now I'm doing it because it's the second time it's happened to me besides last Wednesday when I was here. Before the store closes every single person counts down every minute it is to closing. They scream and I mean scream at 10 minutes , 9 minutes , 8 minutes and the tall gentleman Kevin is literally screaming for you to get out out and go on line now when it's 7:55. He told me in a loud voice I have to go on line now and if not to leave right now. I couldn't believe it. He screamed at a little girl that was looking for a brush because the mom figured he won't yell at the little girl so she told the little girl to get the powder brush she needed. He yelled at the girl and said "we are closed" , mind you it's 756pm , 4 minutes to close. Now something similar happened last Wednesday when they were closing with another shorter gentleman that wasn't here but sort of acted like a Kevin. I will NEVER return to this one even tho I live across the street. Instead I will be going to Millenia Sephora. Steer clear of this place

Definitely not a good experience here. Couldn't find a single sales associate to help me and when I did, she seemed very cut and dry, like she didn't want to help. She "shade matched" me for a concealer and it was pink and gray, I looked ridiculous ! She didn't offer any suggestions or help at all.

Rudest people i have ever met basically threw a product in my hand and when i talked about a a brand i was looking for got passive aggressive with me because i was second guessing their judgement and the way they talk to their employees like their stupid.

In search of a new parfume I was thrilled to find 2stellar scents at this location. What I adore the most is the music that plays as you shop. Singing along to Culture Club's "Tumble For Ya" if ever you're doubtful of the correct primer & foundation?? The staff here are knowledgeable.

Maya from Gucci is absolutely incredible. She is so helpful and the sweetest person ever! I was looking for my wedding perfume and she went above and beyond to make sure I got it. She went to a different store and held it for me. We had the most wonderful, fun experience thanks to Maya!

POOR,AWFUL, DISGUSTING costumer service they want you to follow a policy went they don’t even do it.I pay my product with cashI do not have an account with Sephora because I’m not a regular costumer ( I don’t shop here often )And I don’t have a recipe because the person that cash me out don’t give me a recipe!!Due to this I can’t exchange my product to get the right color just because my cashiers decided not to give to me a recipeBE CAREFUL this is how big store make you loose money ! All they say is I’m sorry is nothing I can do, if you don’t have a proof of your purchase ! ( I DONT HAVE PROOF BECAUSE YOUR EMPLOYEE Didn’t give it to me ). My purchase was made on Friday around 1pm 2pm and you decided not to do anything about it !

I recently visited Sephora and had a very disappointing encounter with one of their employees. The lady attending to customers with light skin and red hair was quite rude and unhelpful. I understand that she may have been busy with other customers, so I patiently waited for my turn. When I asked her for the brand I was looking for, she responded by yelling and pointing in a vague manner, making it hard for me to find the product I wanted. I tried explaining that I couldn’t see it, but she continued to be dismissive and sarcastic, which was both shocking and unacceptable. As a customer, I expect respectful and attentive service, especially when asking a simple question that requires assistance. I was truly taken aback by her behavior and found it disheartening. Sephora is known for its vast range of products, but this particular experience left me with a negative impression. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure a more pleasant shopping experience for all customers.

Low selection of items. Only good thing is that there is a wide selection of perfumes to test. Asked a sales employee if they carry ‘Nyx’ and she scoffed at me and said ‘no, that’s drugstore brand’.I meant NARS. That interaction still irritates me.

We were in this store today. We are on holiday from Scotland and my daughter (11) has been so exited to visit Sephora. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. We were helped by Sarah who helped us choose products that were suitable for my daughter’s sensitive skin. I also left with a Clarins skin care routine that I hadn’t planned on getting but wanted to treat myself. I’d highly recommend Sarah for skincare advice and would go and see her again if we didn’t live so far away. If possible please pass on our gratitude to Sarah (I am also called Sarah!)

I’ve been to Sephora’s various places and this one by far is the most unhelpful one of all.. Also you are able to get samples from any product that pumps or you can squeeze out such as primers. I was already spending my money in there, and asked if I could get a sample of a primer that was priced at $30+ dollars before I decided to buy it. I’ve never had an issue getting samples like this at any other place before buying the product and they told me that you only can get samples from things that pump out…ummm yes and primers that you can squeeze out too are also okay to do samples. Then they were very condescending and not helpful when looking for something

Nicolas at check out, horrible customer service. ULTA is so much more professional. Do not recommend Sephora as a whole. Will not shop with them anymore. This is too consistent.
