First time visiting this Sephora. Staff is very nice and willing to help but I was a bit overwhelmed. I was asked 6xs if I needed help within 2 min. Great guest service but maybe sections would be great so the customer doesn’t feel overwhelmed. I honestly left as I couldn’t really concentrate on what I was looking for.

I went in to purchase a specific shade of Haus Labs make up. After looking in the isle and coming up empty I asked for some help. One of the very helpful ladies went to the back to search their stock and came back with it! Saving me a trip to another store. Everyone in this location is always extremely nice and helpful.

Yesterday we went this location 1st time to shop something , unfortunately it was a bad experience to visit there , a guy in front who was saying to manager himself he was interrupting a lot and made us so uncomfortable, i was asking questions to cashier, but he was jumping to give the answer in a bad manner
I couldn’t understand now the Sephora standard to hire manager who behave annoying & made customers uncomfortable i love Sephora i would like to go in the other location but definitely not this one just because of his extremely over behavior ….!

I just went to my local sephora and got racially profiled. I was being followed around the store by different associates, which made me really uncomfortable. As a brown woman, it’s utterly disgusting and unacceptable especially the fact that it’s 2024. Im seriously not the type to complain!! but racism is no joke, it’s happened in another sephora near me, idk what corporate is teaching the associates, but profiling people just by their skin or style is unacceptable.
