This was the best car buying experience we have ever had! Athena was fabulous at walking us through the steps, showing us what everything meant, and giving us lots of options. BUYER BEWARE. I purchased a car through SheCar for my daughter in 2020 because I thought the business model sounded better than walking onto a lot (no pandemic access anyway), and because I wanted to support a woman-owned business. Athena assisted with my purchase of a 2008 Subaru Impreza for $8k that was less than impressive. Although it had only 55k miles and good scores on the Insight Report, it appeared (and performed) as if it had been sitting outside in the rain for at least 10 yrs. It was a nightmare, a complete waste of my money (paid for w/a home re-fi) and my daughter's time. This horror could have been avoided if SheCar had made basic information available on their website (or during one of my lengthy conversations with Athena): 1. "Insight Reports" are not very insightful -- they list the components on the car and general interior/exterior condition, but NOT whether components are FUNCTIONAL. The Impreza had a hellscape of repair issues that I sunk another $5k into within 9 months of purchase. 2. Returns can only be made within 2 weeks of purchase and only for engine or transmission problems; this policy was NOT provided in writing prior to purchase (the transmission is so sketch that I would have returned) 3. The DISADVANTAGE of buying a car at auction is you can't see the car, drive the car, have it inspected by a mechanic! Don't rely in the Insight Report and dealer trustworthiness/'experience'! Finally traded this pile of junk in for a functional car at a dealership (couldn't in good conscience sell it privately, knowing its never-ending repair needs) and barely recouped the *repair* costs. The original $8k was a total loss. Way better experience at the dealership. SheCar promotes its model as "more transparent" because customers have access to auction information, including dealer commission (Athena felt comfortable keeping most of the $1500 she made off this transaction, after kicking back a few hundred 'goodwill' $$). Wish I'd done more research before trusting her so completely, and wish SheCar focused a little more on what's OPAQUE in their process.

SheCar is AMAZING!!! We loved our communications with Rose!! Rose was AWESOME from the beginning of our buying experience to the end!! The owner of the company...Athena... was by far the most honest, sincere and caring business owner that we have ever met!!! We will not buy another car any other way or with any other company!! SheCar is #1!!!

We were referred to she car from our financial advisor and the experience was great. There are no hidden fees, all the costs are transparent, and you never need to wonder whether you are being taken advantage of by the car dealer. We would definitely use SheCar again when we need another car and recommend it to any friends and family.

Imagine buying a car from a dealer, and knowing your fees in advance. Rather than worrying about what the seller is hiding, you see all the disclosures right up front. Instead of the dealer trying to hustle some extra features on you for $500 each, you get a guide on what to look for and what is/isn't a good deal. And best of all, there's no pressure - buy today or buy in six months, it's your call.
SheCar is like a realtor plus eBay. You get to buy from dealer auctions with full transparency, while having a pro on your side. I'm ruined for buying any other way.

I am so happy me and my wife decided to use SheCar, Inc. instead of anywhere else. We were able to save between $3,000 to $6,000 dollars buying our car through SheCar vs a typical dealership.What I loved most beyond saving a ton of money was the excellent customer service and quick communication with Athena and her team. Absolutely great. The process was stress free and fun. I’m so happy with our new car. And I forgot to mention it was delivered! How cool?!SheCar is awesome. 10/10

Athena and her team with SheCar were amazing! Or I should say still ARE! From the get go everything went smoothly, professionally, and totally seamless. They took care of EVERYTHING, plus did so many unexpected extras, like taking care of title, license plate, and registration, and checking everything out, before allowing me to take a long trip. I couldn’t have hoped for a better car buying experience. No surprises, everything explained up front, and so much integrity! Not only that, I feel so fortunate to now be a SheCar Diva! What a great experience buying a car. I cannot say that I ever want to go into a dealership again as they made the process so extremely easy and comfortable. I gave them my general parameters on what I was looking for and my price range and they came up with several options. Once I made the decision on my vehicle, I sent them a wire transfer and I had the car the next day delivered right to my driveway. Athena and Alexandra made this such a wonderful experience I am looking forward to my next car purchase. I can't say enough great things about SheCar!

Wow.....what a wonderful experience. Right from the start Athena was helpful and dialed in to what I was looking for. When she found the perfect car for me I knew immediately that I could trust the process and her insight. I wish I needed another car right away because the entire experience was so pleasant. Did I say that I will never purchase a car from a traditional dealership again. SheCar is the one and only!!
