5 stars. I used the Shell app to pay directly at the pump, and everything worked perfectly. I really appreciate not having to stand in line inside the store just to pay for gas. That process feels outdated. Paying at the pump is much more convenient, saves time, and lets me fuel up and leave right away. Great experience.
