Amazing customer service here. Manny got me started, helping me locate paint colors and Theresa was the most helpful person I've met, maybe anywhere. I'm closer to making decisions thanks to their help!

Its 12/3/22 at 8:30am. I had to leave 1 star to leave review but its really ZERO star. Just left fhe store after dealing with the most unprofessional guy. He seemed so bothered that we went in to buy paint. He Was annoyed by the 2 questions we asked, so we just ordered some of what we needed to get the project going, and will go to another store for the rest of the order. I was already warned about the same issue by someone else, before I came here. NEVER AGAIN!! Customer svc SICKS here!!!!!

HIGH PRICES and POOR SERVICE! Several years ago my wife and I purchased multiple gallons of paint for multiple rooms in our house at this store. For the past four months we've been going EVERY month to ask when their interior paints will go on sale because their everyday PRICES ARE VERY HIGH and pre-COVID they had an annual sale in the spring for paint. For several months we were told paints don't go on sale, only supplies. We went a day ago and were told their sale prices just ended on 3/28, which basically started a few days after our previous visit. Please save yourself time and money and go to Home Depot. Sherwin Williams prices are way too high and employees don't seem to care or management keeps them uninformed. Plus, who wants to wait for a once in a year sale to get reasonable prices.

Every time I have visited the store over the years, the staff is always more than willing to help. They are a great asset to the entire company since they really care about the customers needs. Pricing is great, especially if you have an account with them. The parking lot is very small and it’s easy to miss if you are not looking for the entrance off of Orange Avenue, but it’s well worth the stop.

I spent a good 45 minutes looking at paint samples. I heard several sales people in the back talking and adjusting their music, but our presence was never acknowledged. Since they have cameras, I'm going to assume they saw and/or heard us. However, the only time I saw a salesperson is when one walked past us to leave. My husband wanted to buy some paint, but I didn't want to bother shouting for someone to come out from the back, so we left and went to Regal Paints down the road.
