I stopped into this store to purchase paint and supplies for one of my stores. I asked the person assiting me to help me calculate the number of gallons I would need for the project and gave her the dimensions. I told her the paint that we needed and asked her if I could return paint that I didn't use and she assured me that I could. She said I would need 11 gallons of paint. To be conservative I purchased 8 gallons and we only ended up needing to use 4. Unfortunately one of the things they made up for me was a 5 gallon tub so obviously I couldn't return that. Today I tried to return 2 single gallons of this paint and was promptly told that they could not accept a return because the paint was "tinted." The person I asked about their return policy when I purchased the paint knew that this was "tinted" when I asked her the question because she was the person who ultimately tinted it and we had established that fact prior to her preparing the tint. The two people at the store today were not the person who waited on me but they kept talking to me like I should have known because it was tinted. My point is that their employee mislead me and knew what I was asking. So I would say the staff there on both days was unhelpful and disinterested in helping me. I have 18 stores and need to have them painted regularly so I will not be buying any more paint from this store.

David displayed excellent knowledge and provided a great customer experience. I came in near close on a holiday and was accommodated. Despite closing in a few minutes, he was able to take care of my needs and was kind and courteous. Thank you for the Dover White 5 gallon! Will be returning for my next project.

Sign says they close at 4 PM on Sunday’s. I arrive at 3:53 PM and the doors are locked. I ring the doorbell on the door and look inside and see the store clerk staring at me, yet he does nothing. Thanks a lot!

I SERIOUSLY dislike this location. I was in the store 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The day prior I stood in front of the register for 7 minutes waiting to check out. I am a professional painter, and this lack of professionalism is BAD start to my day.I would like for someone to contact me so I can share a history of substandard customer service spanning over 2 years. I'm not the type of person to give bad reviews but Enough is Enough.

Staff is friendly and knows there stuff. Prices are great for contractors, but can be high if you don't have a contractor account (or coupons). I have been painting all my homes with SW and will never use a different paint brand again!
