I did my homework before choosing a paint vendor to help color match unknown paint colors in my home. I'd planned to go to Home Depot, but between YouTube and Reddit, the consensus recommendation was Sherwin Williams - and I'm glad I did.
Stevie did a FANTASTIC job with the color match of three different colors and finishes. The only thing he DIDN'T match was the dirt on my walls! After a quick wash, the match was perfect.
Great service, great paint, great price.

Been doing individual business and commercial business with Sherwin-Williams for multiple decades now. This particular branch, and another one nearby are very accommodating! Delivery, they ask for same day if you want it, otherwise paint will be here next day. Then small things, like a yearly lunch and customer/community reach out really means a lot in today's age of dying customer service and professionalism. We appreciate their business and assistance as they are a vital team member.

Exceptional service by store associates. All were helpful, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions regarding our painting needs. In addition, all that helped with my order took the time to review different options and made suggestions that I found most helpful.

I could not say enough about how wonderful Manny was with helping me. I had to place two orders with 4 types of paint among them and he was so helpful. He asked me clarifying questions to be sure I was getting exactly what I was looking for. He took the time to show me the different sheens to be sure I was happy with the one he had chosen for me. He then recommended a paint for one of my projects that will hold up a bit better because it was for a table rather than a wall and might get a bit more wear and tear. He was patient, thorough , and friendly and I hope to work with him again the next time I return. Thank you, Manny! You made my visit seamless!

Excellent service with both Aiden (hope I spelled it right) and Sydney! I called first because I had some concerns about a sample that was mixed by Lowe’s with SW colors and they were very helpful. Preface: I went in at 8 am on a Monday and the store was empty. Sydney helped me right away. She explained the different ways paint shows up on the wall depending on the wall color at the time and just really in depth detail to help me understand paint and choose the best undertone for the white paint I was looking for. Will definitely continue my business here.

I really want to express the joy I experienced walking into the Sherwin-Williams located on East colonial drive. Walking in it was the most organized and friendly location I have walked into. Walking in I was happily greeted by an incredible sales associate that expeditiously was able to help me getting a color match for an exterior paint I needed from me bringing in a painted garden stone heavy trim peace. Her level of customer service and making me feel so welcomed. The associate who assisted me is named Savannah her customer service superseded my expectations walking into a business at this time close to closing time. Hope she is seen as a prime example of an employee.

The staff here is a joke. The girl looked like she didn't want to be there. I asked several questions and she didn't even want to answer. I would give 0 star for that type of customer service.
