I purchased a gallon of paint today. They had a BOGO offer that I was unaware of. No one from the store mentioned the promotion. I made the purchase and noticed it when I got home.
The staff refused to allow me to get a second gallon for free since I had already completed the purchase.
Will not be shopping at this location again unless I’m give a free gallon of paint or money off.
Update: the manager contacted me and offered to honor the BOGO. I’ve updated my review to 5 stars.

Worst customer services, I came to but a paint and I was looking for help and the guy here had an attitude, didn’t want to help at all, I asked him to call another person he said wasn’t available, I asked him to call another store or manager and he just said no! As a contractor I won’t ever buy in this location, the owners should be aware of the employees attitude
