Six associate standing around talking the entire time I was in the store. I was ready to make a $2000 plus purchase, but walked out due to the fact that I was never acknowledged or asked if I wanted to look at anything.

We came here to shoot a variety of guns and had an absolute blast. The staff is super friendly, the selection of guns you can choose from is exceptional. Josh was very helpful and nice. Definitely recommend.

The lanes are great but I found out today when I went I've been paying a extra 10 bucks because it says no where that you don't have to sign the wavier every time and I guess they charge you 10$ when you have to renew it so I asked today if it was necessary to sign in every day guy said no and pulled up how I paid 10 extra the last 2 3 times I was there well I suppose that's on me but maybe could have gave me the lane today to compensate since I've paid 30$ I never needed to pay but I guess that's life less info given more money in their pockets

This is a fantastic training/shooting facility! I was hoping to find reloading supplies and sand bags there. No reloading supplies and a limited selection of rest and sand bags. It's a absolutely fantastic place to shoot though.

Big store, with lots of pistols and rifles that you can handle. Not super simple to find a salesman. They just camped out behind the counter. When I approached one to buy a pistol, he started to tell me the one I was interested in isn't like the old days, have I ever fired one before; I need to rent one and fire it on their range to make sure it's a fit for me, how good am I at shooting at an angle, etc. I got tired of all the "advice" and confronted the sales guy that he was being condescending (it's not like I have never fired a pistol before or like I don't understand each model is different). So, I politely told the guy I wasn't interested and that he lost a sale and left the store. I may return to deal with a different sales person, but I wasn't there to get a lesson. Heck, the guy didn't even know the differences between two similar models of the same brand.

We had a great experience today as visitors from England with no prior gun experience or handling whatsoever. The staff were amazing, really accommodating and patient as I was especially nervous around the guns. A special shout out to Phil, Blade and the fire safety officer who helped us in the lanes - didn’t catch his name but he had over 18 years experience we were told. Thank you for your help and a positive experience all around. ?

Arranged a FFL purchase and decided to utilize Shooters World from a prior good experience at their range. What a bad decision! I could write a novel about the multiple customer service failures, including the FFL fee that didn't match the poor service. After the purchase was FINALLY complete and I had my new gun, the experience to use the range went from bad to worse, left without even loading a round in a weapon!! The frat boy culture amongst the staff may scam beginners and naïve tourists, serious shooters have better options in Orlando.

Customer service is non existent at this location. I have never witnessed such lack of professionalism and basic manners as I did here. The staff is incredibly rude and to be honest, openly racist. I have witnessed one employee curse at a customer and call them names loudly, in front of all the other customers and employees. I quietly took my business somewhere else. I can’t support an establishment that is that incompetent in regards to basic customer service.

Got kicked out with no refund and had to pay a $25 fee for accidentally shooting the ceiling ONE TIME. I thought this place was supposed to be a place to practice, meaning mistakes are going to happen. Don was the supervisor who kicked us out and was super rude and yelled at us when we were only asking questions. His employee who was there was super rude and said “YOUR OUT OF HERE” when the one shot to the ceiling happened…this place is a joke and so are there employees. You’re better off shooting at an outdoor range if you are just learning or wanting to go for fun
