I have been with T-Mobile since my daughter was in high school, she is now 40 yrs old. T mobile was a great phone service then, now I am a senior and was on the 55plus my bill was 50$, then 55 then I bought a Apple Watch from them saying it was 200$ because new ones were coming out. That was 2019, I just paid it off in a lump sum they said was owed on it. Now my bills are 80$ a month, and ofcourse late fees Come, honestly I feel that they scam the elderly! I have been on the phone with a representative sooo many times. Done, I am going to a Honest Company that helps seniors not hurts them! A company that will tell the truth up front!! Thank you, hope you do your homework!

Horrible service ! Been trying transfer to a new service and asked to remove the port protection. After 6-7 calls they hung up on me , lied saying that they removed it. But when I decided keep my service with them . They were so fast to assist me. Horrible !

The first time I came to this location I was unaware that they had closed but the tech there didn't turn us away. He was very helpful and friendly. Fixed my broken screen and left us quite happy. This is my second time going to get another screen fixed because I can't be a responsible adult and again, great service. If for nothing else, the prices and friendliness of the staff is more than a reason to get my broken phones fixed here.

Came in to get my little sisters phone screen replaced and the staff have been very helpful. Screen replacement wasn't too expensive and was fast however a couple weeks later the replaced phone screen started to not work in the top left corner as it started to turn black. Not sure if it was the employee who put it on since it did seem like it was his first time doing it. Unfortunately not have been able to go back to get corrected since my sister has not had the time to come up to visit.
