If I could give them a minus star rating, I would. Bait and switch me on a reservation at their Aguadilla Puerto Rico shop. Then charged me for a full size suv when I had reserve a midsize suv. On that of that, charged me an extra day because I returned it a couple of hours late when my flight was delayed four hours.I complaint on their website and received and email from someone in their San Juan office with a phone number that no one seems to answer and no voice mail. I sent and email and received a response from the owner (?). I provided the requested details and he is yet to respond. That was in September. I wrote to their head office in Germany two weeks ago and I am yet to receive a response. Advise, try another company if you want to avoid headaches and being misled.

The worst. Will never use again. Make sure you take photos of every inch of the car you rent here or you may find yourself facing a damage claim for damage you did not do. Thank god for Amex premium car protection!

Be careful they end up charging things which were not in contract.I rent a car at the airport and I end up paying for thing I was not told. They automatically withdrew the money from my CC.When I said I was going to post a negative review grudgedly they gave me back the money. Who has the time to go through all this?

Was back in Orlando this weekend - another good experience with Sixt. This time it was Anna who helped me out. Fast and efficient, and really made me feel welcome. In and out to get the car in minutes. thank you. I wish Sixt was this good everywhere.

Will never rent again after returning a car they inspect the vehicle and everything was good the inspector said they will charge the amount giving when booking the car after a day we get charged an additional fee of 250$ for cleaning that was never a agreement from the person that inspected the car I asked for photos and denied my request. Will not recommend this place to anyone . Competitors have better customer service then sixt

Original car rental was through Priceline utilizing a dirt cheap and sleazy car rental place that is offsite, York. About 20 minute shuttle to the place then half an hour wait time. Others, only six customers there, in line waited an hour plus. Not for me. Went back to the airport and went to Sixt Rental. Had a great experience with the Washington DC Reagan (DCA) airport location also. Spectacular deal and service I received. Better deal than using Costco Travel which is my typical go to. Rany was the service agent whom assisted us. He was very calm realizing the wife and I had just had a horrible experience. FYI - going back to the airport, the cell service for T-Mobile is very poor. Was trying to book a rental during the ride back to the airport. Could not access the internet. Rany provided an exceptional customer experience. Did not push extra services on us. He even brought us upstairs to the terminal and showed us where the car rental location was.

Never heard of this company before, had previous reservations with a different company prior to using SIXT SIXT saved the day by accommodating a last min rental! Abdul was phenomenal! He took the time to listen to the disastrous experience with the other rental company and went above and beyond to ensure our trip went smoothly from this point on! Drop off was quick! Easy! And fun! I absolutely recommend this company and most certainly will be using SIXT for all my rentals every time I travel! High five SIXT!

I am from Missouri . Got landed here at Orlando Intl Airport and rented this super nice BMW . Vehicle was cleaned and super fantastic to drive. Agent at the desk was real friendly and polite. He's name was Kambani. He helped me through to get process done in a very detailed manner. I would like to thank him and the whole team to make the process very easy for me. I will have my rental from Sixt only whenever I will be back here. Thanks a lot.

Totalscam!!!! I gps it and its in a hotel 1st red flag!!! Go to counter(term loosely)confused looking guys standing there and a total joke. My wife made a mistake and booked it a week earlyso i said just use the car ill stay home. We would like to cancel please....you cant here you have to go online(2nd massive red flag). Needless to say the thing i needed i couldnt find because they never provided it. You cannot speak to a human either its not possible so you go round and around and its a TOTAL SCAM!!! This place is garbage and go to hertz or enterprise or anyone else. My credit card company sided with them so i cancelled my credit card and will never pay the amount they scammed me out of!! Horrible company and a total joke. Zero customer service and awful

Very pleasant experience renting with SIXT at MCO. Agent at the desk was very helpful, as was every other SIXT employee I encountered at the help desk in the parking garage when picking up the vehicle and when returning it. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

There is not much I can say about how bad or shady this company is, that hasn't already been said. Suffice to say, READ ALL THE FINE PRINT BEFORE YOU RENT FROM SIXT.Our first vehicle - a BMW 4 series had to be returned for a check engine light. Our SECOND vehicle - a BMW Z4 was dangerous and uncomfortable to driveOur THIRD vehicle in as many days, finally seemed like the right fit. Then came the bill. From unexplainable (PRIVILEGE RECOVERY) fees that were never mentioned or defined, to missing vehicle rental information to the DOUBLE charge they billed my credit card for. And let's not even talk about the racist BLONDE lady behind the counter who, holding my ID in her hand, asked me for ID when I handed her my AmEx Platinum card. Guess I didn't look the part. Not to belabor this issue but my overall first... AND LAST experience with them was horrible. You would, in my protected opinion, do better anywhere else. IF you should decide to rent there anyway, PLEASE remember that I and so many more here tried to warn you.

The agent who initially helped me at the desk was fantastic. However, the rest of the experience was terrible. After leaving the airport I discovered that my vehicle had not been cleaned after the previous guest. The car had vomit, cigarette ash, and trash. Six offered a vehicle exchange but I was already 30 minutes from the airport and had somewhere to be. Sixt ended up discounting the trip $50 without even reviewing the photos I provided. When I returned the car, a supervisor, Jesus, assured me that he would personally review the photos and be in touch with me the next day to "take care of everything". Since then no one from Sixt has reached out. When I contact customer service they tell that they are unable to connect me with anyone at the Orlando location "per policy".I never would accept a $50 discount to rent a car full of vomit, ash, and trash but I have no choice no since Sixt charged my credit card and is refusing to respond to me.I will never rent from Sixt again after this fiasco.

I was skeptical after reading other reviews, but very pleased with my rental. I chose to skip the line when I booked, good choice BTW. Went right to the garage to get my keys, handed me my keys to a BMW suv. Always take a video from habit, wait for the email before leaving the garage to report any damage. If it doesn't match their email take the time to report it! This rental had minimal scratches and was amazing on gas! 10 out of 10 experience compared to any other rental I've received.
