They are who they are. You pretty much serve yourself, they promote the "specials" and check you out. I like the shoes and have been a loyal customer when I lived here and when I come up every year.

Seller was rude, even changed the sneakers I bought. I chose a unicorn and she put a balloon in the bag because the battery didn't last two days.

The store says it closes at 9pm, we arrived at 8:48pm and it was already closed and they didn't want to let us in. I needed to change some shoes and it was our last night and we literally ran to make it before closing.
The manager, not very friendly, did not want to let us in, stating that the company's policy was to close at 8:50 because the system stopped working from 10:00 to 9:\
When I asked him where did he say that? She made a face (grimace) of annoyance and then she let only me in, as a Great Favor... (according to her of course!
I understand that no one wants to leave too late, and they want to return home. But the schedules need to be respected on both sides, as clients and as employees. And no lying, please: "the system stops working 10 at 9!"
