Awful. We were at the store 5 minutes before store closes but doors already locked. Just wanted a pair of boy shoes hoch would have been done in 2 minutes. Plenty people were still shopping inside. Sales person just refused to let us in. More people arrived but he refused to let anyone in and just smiled. Plenty stores still letting people in. Will not be back

I have been to many sketchers in the last 4 months around Florida and in NYC looking for work shoes. I have sketcher work shoes that have been discontinued and it has been so hard to find replacement work shoes! I ordered 2 pairs online because they looked so similar and those were still not it and no one has been able to show me a comparative shoe..So, I was going to give up but then thats when I meet Super Employee Mr. Tay at the Sketchers in the Vineland Orlando outlet in Florida. Mr. Tay was the best ever!!! He found me the closest shoe to what I had before and in my size!!! I told him my story and he said time to stock up..so I can have some just incase and thats what I did! I bought 4 pairs! Each was $125 but they were having a sale! It was just my lucky day! Im so very thankful because it has been so hard to find comfortable shoes for my poor working feet! Was the best service!

Omg I meant to comment on here since last week. Emma was very helpful, even though my husband and I didn't get any shoes here. She insisted calling other Skechers to see if they have the shoes that my husband wanted, and they did!! She has done an excellent job!!!

It was very busy and messy at the end of the day but Francis at the register was very kind and helpful to assist us and we ended up making a. Great purchase. There was another employee that denied to help us find the right size for my mom. Thank you Francis!!!
