Very unprofessional. The phone that I returned back to their store they placed it on offer up and he’s says it was special ordered. This what happens when you try to support small businesses. They will do anything for a sale. I never disrespected or called anyone out of name. Jordan hung up the phone in my ear. Very sad I wish you all the best in the future.

Replaced my screen Late at night, had a few problems afterwards from a faulty part in my phone. They reach out to me the next morning and set me up and diagnosed my problem and replaced it for me! Great company Jordon is a great guy also always makes sure the customer is happy!

I had recently purchased AirPod Pro's from this place which had some issues, they were very kind to give me a full refund on my purchase as I wasn’t satisfied with the Airpods. The customer service was above and beyond and really appreciated Sara and Jordan reaching out to me.

This is a response to the owner on my previous review. First of all, I was never followed up with after my first repair session. I expressed all of these complaints to someone at the front desk the day I picked up my phone. None of the previous repairs were ever disclosed to me. Whether or not you can obtain the financial details of a phone it should stil be noted to the customer what carrier it is locked to. Once again, I will say R-SIM DOES NOT MEAN THE PHONE IS UNLOCKED. You stated that you advertise all of your devices with the carrier. Here in the picture I attached, is the label that came with my phone. It says, CAPABLE OF ALL CARRIERS. It says NOTHING about being LOCKED TO T-MOBILE. in fact, it says it DOESNT work with T-Mobile which makes me even more suspicious about the history of this phone. I have Verizon, which will not work on a T-Mobile phone. THE R-SIM DOES NOT MEAN THE PHONE IS UNLOCKED and you need to STATE THIS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. Anyone with less knowledge could easily get confused. Plus, these R-SIMS are never reliable so you are screwing your customers. You also never mentioned anything about your incompetent repair staff, because if they knew anything about iPhones they would know how to fix them properly. The true tone feature should be replaced when the phone gets a new display. Come on, I know this and don’t even own a cell phone store. Never in a million years would I try selling a phone that’s worth not even $100 for $425. This is ridiculous.

I bought 2 pair actually of AirPods 2nd generation the air pods worked great everything was sealed and ready to go I am happy about that also they have a 30 days warranty if anything goes wrong they replace them wait time none at all always somebody there to help you Jordan (the owner) very understanding I love this place

Saw their post on Marketplace on Facebook. Stated texting with Jordan about AirPods Gen.2 for $64. Told him they were for my teen daughter, she had got some birthday money and wanted to buy some new ones. She has already owned 2 pair, but keeps losing one. I even asked him if they were the real authentic Apple ones. Once we got there, bought them, went to our vehicle, my daughter opened them right away and couldn't get one of them to even work. Then, upon further investigation, she says mom these are fake. So, I said ok let's take them back in then. She was nervous and scared to go back in and stayed in the car. I went in, told Jordan the problems. He started asking me questions I couldn't answer. So, I called my daughter and asked her to please come in and help me. He finally got the one to work. And then my daughter proceeded to show him how she new they were fake. He said he couldn't refund our money because nothing was wrong with them. We all 3 went rounds for a while before I was almost in tears about him scamming my child out of her birthday money over some fake AirPods that apparently she knew more about then he did. He, finally agreed to refund her money. This place is a SCAM!!!!!
