Got my daughters haircuts there and all they did was chop off the length. No shampoo (like I requested in the appointment) no blending and the left side of my daughter's hair is longer than the right. I have to take them to another salon to fix the cuts the they got there

So today not a good day, I had an appointment and I walk in and my hair stylist has someone else in the chair. Management says no she is not available til after 5pm. Wait what???? My appointment was for 1:30, I had called the day before to book it. This is the 2nd time this happens and then they are like oh I didn't know, and shrug. Well I have been coming here for such a long time and I am truly disappointed. This salon has lost my business and my family members will not go here again, thats 4 people. To the owner of this establishment please be alert that most of your stylists just don't care. Now I have to find someone else to cut, color and other.

Asked for a quarter inch trim and she proceeded to butcher my hair. Nothing is even. She took off three inches. Truly disappointing. I do not recommend coming here.

Betty is absolutely the best hairstylist in town. She cut my hair and she also gave me a body wave but it’s turned out to be a little curly which is great for me. I would recommend her to anybody….. Great job! ?.
