If I could put "0" stars I would. I believe this company is nothing more than a front to upsell unsuspecting customers equipment they do not need. AT&T would not even help us with getting this straightened out. What we went through with Sombus and our mother is borderline elder abuse.
When we finally got through to someone at Sombus I felt as though we were talking to a couple of ladies in their living room. Very unprofessional, and could care less about what they did or rectifying it.Outright lied as to why our mother was called as they said it was to update her AT&T contract, which I had just handled two months prior. Beware.

To ANYONE may concern .... I was woking for Sombus Networks for a total 26 days ..... they fired me do to " for missing work " ... the only time i have missed work and also handed a doctors note was last friday the 19 ... they took me out before doing a sign on bonus which it was stipulating that i was gonna get another 1000 in to my check if i stayed 30 days so it was gonna be roughly $2,750,86 ... instead they fired me without justification and gave me a check for $625 .... thanks to them now im living in a car .... oh and also dont believe a word they say .. when they tell you oh its not gonna be easy to sell stuff but you can do it .... guys i only sold 1 package never the less i never wanna see the owners again

I cannot express how much of a disappointment my experience with this company has been. To say it has been the worst experience with an organization in my 15 year professional career would be an understatement. I was originally contact by Ranley Goose to assist with internet and phone through AT&T for a client of mine in Pasadena. I was promised that this would be an easy transition and I would have an account manager so we didn't always have to go through call centers at AT&T to get issues resolved. We signed the agreement with AT&T and Sombus in May of 2016. It is now March of 2017 and I still don't have an account manager or anyone I can turn to for issues that arise. I tried to get assistance from AT&T directly but they said they couldn't help because our account was managed by Sombus. In November of 2016 I began asking Ranley for additional lines at our office in order to provide better customer service. In this situation I am trying to add additional services and pay more money but apparently that is a problem as well. Again it is March 2017 and I still can't get the lines added. It is the most ridiculous service I have ever experienced. I even went as far as leaving hour messages for Ranley and never received a call back and still have not received a call back. Eventually I managed to get the name of Shaun O'Dell the Vice President of Operations and after 3 or 4 calls he assured me this issue would be resolved and we would receive an account manager. It has been at least 3-4 weeks and still no resolutions. I have ran out of options to get my problems solved. I have a potential of losing my largest client and Sombus cannot be bothered to return a call or help me in anyway. Please beware of this company. They are incredibly dishonest people. Marwan Khalifa
