I have very high expectations regarding customer service. I didn’t buy anything, but I met with Rodrigo and he was spot on. Friendly, knowledgeable, and wasn’t pushy. Let me take my time to examine the car and I felt he was genuinely trying to help give me different financing perspectives. I am an extreme stickler for the details and know the math down to the penny before I but a car, but again, Rod was extremely pleasant to work with. And their office is very nice too.

Worst experience ever!!! I bought a vehicle from them a couple months back the very next morning after driving home the steering locked up I had to tow it back to them! The kept it for 3 weeks! ( had to pay for a broken vehicle) I was finally able to pick it up they said it was working. It was still broken I couldn’t drive it past 40 after arguing with the owner for an hour I dropped it back off. Still doesn’t work well makes a loud sound while driving can’t turn the wheel and still have to make payments on something that doesn’t work!!!! And absolutely no one will help me !!!

I wish I could give zero stars!
In order to star this review I have to inform prior my last purchase I bought one Dodge Grand Caravan on this Dealer and my experience was very good. And almost 3 years after I went over there to replace my Van and after the whole negotiating I choose to get one SUV Ford Escape 2017 which wasn't at the shop because was doing a little repair at the maintenance shopping.
But accordding to Joao. The car was in a excellent shape.
After a few days he called me telling me the car was ready and when I saw the car. well It had the passenger door completely scrathed, rear bumper with a hole on it, broken lantern, faded paint on the hood. That car was not even close to be ready. But he made promises that he was going to fix everything in one week.
After doing the test ride I informed him the transmission was a litte weird but even with that he told every ford was like that.
After promising one week to fix the problems he needes 23 days to fix everything and informed me that my car was ready, and I had the after deal warranty (maintenance free) I paid for that.
1 month after, driving on the middle of the I4 I had a completely transmission fault and my nightmare started.
called Joao, to start work on my warranty, he told me to leave the car at the shop. after a few days I was informed I had to stay with the suv leaking transmission fluid and complete certain milleage to complete one of the requirements to obtain the warranty. So I did.
Again went to the shop, left the car, rented a vehicle by myself and one week after Joao called me saying the company was refusing the service but he was working on it.
two weeks after that he was still trying to work on my case but suddenly stopped to answer my messages.
3 weeks after and still paying a rental car to go to work + insurance and my monthly payment Joao was still trying to get the service and trying to get me a second car
almost 30 days of waiting and tired of calling and messaging I informed Joao I was going to get my car while he was working on the warranty.
its been almost one year and guess what? Joao haven't still replied me back giving me any help or information about this warranty!
today after left this car stopped on my driveway for almost 5 months I brought one new transmission and gonna have this fixed by myself
So if you are reading this. be away from this dealer, be away from joao in any matter of your life.

First time that I ever heard a dealer say I need to apply and get approved before I can test drive a car .I assume he was the manager there , he told me I had to apply first as a form of commitment to them that I would buy the car.Made it seem like I would not do full credit app as if it was just to get an estimate , then he said to see if I’m approved .He even told me that a customer came in earlier that day that pretty much had the same credit score ..this guy asked me my credit score first.Saying that all dealers require you to do a application before a test drive .I felt racially profiled , why would I do an app that will effect my score and then not like the car .I never drove a charger before , I’m a Mustang guy .Besides that car could have issues but my credit lowers and I don’t like the car ..it’s a loss for the buyer , not the supplier .Dont go here
