Found my faucet repair part here! I went to Lowe's, nada. I went to Ferguson Plumbing, nada. Finally, I went to ACE and found the $6 part I needed. Yeah!

The website said they could cut my car key at this location. I drove 20 minutes across town and they did actually have the equipment to cut my key. However, they refused to do it out of concern for their liability (damages to my blank key fob). I told them I paid $20 for two of them and I didn’t care- they still would not cut it.

Small hardware store. The man working the paint desk, which also seemed to be the help desk was assisting another customer when I got there. I stood patiently in line, thinking I was next. About 10 minutes later when I thought it was my turn, he informed me that there was somebody else he was going to help first, and that it was gonna take a really long time. At that point, I was a little frustrated because he could've told me that while I was standing in line waiting for the first person to get done. however, I simply asked him if there was someone else that could help me. He said there's one other person I'll have to see if she's busy. Then he proceeded to help the other lady with her paint, never called for the other lady, and at that point, I got pretty irritated. I stood there, probably looking defeated when I noticed that the cashiers area had emptied out. So looked at the cashier, who asked if she could help me and I told her what I needed, and she said go ahead over by aisle 10 and I'll send someone over to help you. So a few minutes later, maybe 55 maybe less, a lady came over to help me and it took a while for her to find what I needed. I guess she didn't really know what I needed, but she tried. So my biggest complaint is that guy at the helpdesk/paint desk. As soon as I got in line, he should've said ma'am by the way, there's somebody else in front of you who's going to take a long time so you might want to go to the cashiers and see if there's another person who can help you. Instead of ignoring mecompletely even after he told me he would get somebody else to help me I was there probably over an hour to get a couple Molly screws. Have I been more familiar with the hardware store with Molly screws? I probably could've found them myself, but I'm just not my neighbor sent me to get them because my curtain rod fell down.

First interaction with this hardware store….. dropped off Stihl cut-off saw to be repaired…. process went fine….Review will be complete when I see how well the saw was repaired ?

Came here to buy a titan ac capacitor to replace my broken one. Their capacitors aren’t refundable, which is fine if the capacitor works. The one I bought is a bad one, and I just wasted my hard earned $51

The store manager is amazing and runs a great operation. We went today and they were doing a cookout on the big green egg so great experience and even answered a lot of questions we had about our new grills.

Leaving my review again, as it appears my original review has been deleted. On 1-25-23 I stopped in to have a key cut. I walked in and there were 2 men standing behind the registers having a conversation. No one spoke to me or greeted me when I walked in. I even stopped in front of them to look for signs to see where I needed to go. Eventually I initiated contact with the 2 guys, by saying good afternoon and asked where I could go to have a key cut. The guys instructed me to go to the back of the store to a counter that was unattended. The guys continued to engage in their personal conversation while I continued to wait for assistance which never came. After realizing I would not be served, I began to leave the store. As I walked by the 2 workers, no one asked if I needed assistance or if I found what I was looking for. In my initial post, I stated I would try another location but after noticing my review has since been deleted, I will no longer be shopping at any Ace Hardware location if this is how they treat customers of color.-signed AGAIN, a black woman with over 20years experience in retail/customer service. I am extremely thankful for this ACE hardware store. I was missing a single nut that I was not able to find anywhere. I called ahead of time and Fernando went out to see if they had the size that I needed. Upon confirming they did I made my way over to the store to check it out. It was the correct size, but for some reason the nut was not fitting properly. Lilly (if I recall her name correctly) and "E" (sorry his name was so uncommon that it was hard for me to remember) spent a long time helping me out after that. They brought in multiple different types and sizes and nothing seemed to work. However, they never gave up and we ultimately did end up finding one type and size that fit perfectly. They were extremely friendly and all hard workers. I'll be fulfilling any future hardware needs at this location.

I had been looking for an adapter for my water purification machine to hook up to my kitchen faucet for 3-4 weeks. I called everyone, the company that I bought the system from, Delta faucets, a plumber came to the house, Home Depot, Lowes, Fergusons, etc...I was at the end of my rope. I went to Ace Hardware and Fernando listened to me and everything I had to say, took my adapter, got on the floor and looked through all the adapters and finally figured out, that I needed to take off a piece from the diverter so the adapter could work! $4.99 later I had my adapter!! So so grateful for him being persistent in solving the puzzle. What a great Christmas gift!!

I went to ace hardware for propane. I walked in and there were 2 people in line in front of me. The cashier finishes #1 and helps #2 (mean while there is nobody behind me).As the cashier is helping #2, an employee walks behind the counter with a piece of pipe and writes some numbers on it an puts it on the counter saying something in Spanish to the cashier. A guy appears behind me. The cashier finished #2, picks up the pipe and tells the guy behind me to come around!"Hello, am I not standing here?" I said!The customer says "they had to get me a price on this."Because I should care? There's 2 of us in line and I have nothing in my hands to check out and delay him, I needed a propane tank refill. So, whatever. Now I'm waiting behind #3.My phone buzzes.....I pull it out and look at it and it was my wife texting. I wrote a 6 word reply, looked up and the cashier called someone else over in front of me!!! After voicing my displeasure with her I walked out. I will never support that place for anything ever again.

I love this store! It's the easiest place to find fasteners in a hurry. They fill propane tanks here. Parking lot is small so leave that big truck behind & take a friends compact if you can!
