I worked with Brian & Christie on a small order for a special tile from Italy - so glad I used this company. Great customer service, from my initial consult with Brian to place the order - he was thorough, with helpful advice that made a difference - through to final delivery. I used the Orlando location. Great experience, and I plan to use them again for the next bathroom remodel.

From the moment you enter the store, you will know this is no Floor Decor: This tile store is stocked with beautiful designer quality tile at great prices that - unlike the mass market discount houses - will look in your house as beautiful as they display in the catalogs.For our new patio, I purchased 24” x 24” porcelain tiles from the Rock Salt Collection, a line from the Italian company Cerim. These tiles are not only stunning but easy to maintain and slip-resistant (super important for outdoor patios, especially near a pool area).There’s no doubt that part of the reason our patio turned out so well was due to the care and consultation of Mike Ortiz at STPTile who advised my contractor on the best conditions, materials, and preferred methods for this type of tile. What a pleasure to work with professionals!

I've been working with Brian for a couple of weeks now. I have to say that his attention to detail is awesome! He has returned every email and call. The selection is beautiful. We are having some trouble with delays because of our choices being imports but I hope to be able to order from them. I'm confident it would be gorgeous!
