I was paying alot of money for my internet. I walked in and spoke with Luis about it. He explained I was on a promotion for a year and thats why my bill had increased recently. He was very patient and knowledgeable about everything on my bill and offered a rebundle with mobile. I was paying 150 for my mobile servies and 91.99 for my internet im now paying 140 for services all together!! Now that is a deal. He informed me about it being 2 year promotion which i wasnt a fan of but still i saved money. Thank you

Got new spectrum service 2 lines and internet gig for a good price. I worked with Luis and he helped me get the best deal and was super patient with me throughout the process porting my numbers over from metro. Great customer service thank you sir

Came in to the store with questions about a new phone. Luis had a really bad attitude, did not seem to be approachable or friendly. While I was asking a question, another specialist was screaming across the store to a lady who was trying to check in. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Came to the store to find out why my internet wasn’t working. Luis was extremely respectful and patient willing to help out with my issue first hand. I’m a old man and don’t understand technology that. Highly recommend this store, and Luis for help :)

Poor customer service, employee Luis has an attitude and he also was being disrespectful to an elder customer that was waiting there and instead of explaining to elder customer he made a comment “ I seen you before here and it should be common sense that he had to put his name on the list to be helped “ so I let the elder man go before me it just mad me extremely upset he was treated like that.

Was just picking up my modem that had already been ordered. They make you check in and make the entire line behind people who are there to activate service. No point in ordering over the phone if you’re still gonna have to make a line to pick up the equipment. Management definitely needs to improve their ways.

Spectrum has awful internet. I would love to drop them but it's the only internet accepted at my apartment. Horrible customer service and Horrible internet service go together.

2 Employees just sitting there no one else is in the store and the employees managed Sunday. We had a busy week. Sunday, 21 July Had no interest in helping in anyway I wanted to upgrade my phone basically buy a phone. You would think they would get commission or something off that right

I went to this store 3 days ago and the customer service was not good at all. The Manager Luis was very rude. I got a Internet service and he gave me the módem and he didn't send me the Tech to my home because he said I could do it by myself and I couldn't. I just had 3 days without Internet for him. Very bad customer Service
