I can’t say enough good things about the service we received from Kayla. It started at the Ocoee store and ended at the Metrowest store. She was attentive, kind, friendly and treated us like we were her only customer and we watched her do it with others as well. She went above and beyond to make sure we had all our spectrum services up to date. Kayla is definitely an asset to Spectrum.

They have no clue what doing over there wanted to up grade my daughter’s phone the associate told me I had to wait 24 hrs and she explained to me that would open @ 9:00 am the following which was way Fl they opened at 11 am but once the store open this other associate look like he didn’t want to do anything told they were no phones in stock everything was sold out so why the hell did you open your doors on Christmas Eve but trying to reach cooperate to investigate this store and that idiot associate

I'm sure this review won't go far as this is Spectrum. However, it amazes me how people who cannot do their job or have any customer service keep their jobs. The first time I came to this store, I simply wanted to change out my equipment for my internet free of charge as it was advertised. During this process, the guy who I worked with offered to lower my bill. I found out later, he added a landlines and a voice service which infact increased my bill. Then I spoke to 3 people in the customer service department before it finally got fixed. Of course nobody there gives you their name so I didn't get his. This past Saturday, I came into this store to inquire about a new phone. I walked in to two associates on their phones and one girl looks up and kind of asks what I needed. I look at phones and she didn't have much insight on their differences. I figured it out myself. I chose a new phone and asked her a ton of times to confirm my bill will be cheaper. She said yes which I'm sure is wrong. Upon leaving I had paid this month's bill and tax for the new phone according to her. She said the next time I pay will be December. Wouldn't you know it? Got money deducted today. Of course all your customer service can tell me is I got wrong info. I will never be back.

Got lied to and profiled by the African American guy with the curly Afro, that worked in there on Friday night 11/10/2023. He stated to me that there were no available Apple devices in store that night. Girlfriend came the next morning and created a line for an Apple device. Can’t believe this type of customer service. I’m going back to get his name Monday after work and filing a complaint.

Ms. Ivyonna dorvil was amazing. ( I hope I spell her first name right) her customer service was amazing, she got me right with my new internet/tv, and also my phone?, she also gave me a link to go on the gov website in order for me to get 30% off my monthly payment as well!!! 10/10 recommend her, her smile was bright as light, her aura is exceptional. Thank you dorvil.

Terrible customer service. The guy was very rude and condescending. I'm seriously thinking of switching to Verizon or Visible mobile service so I don't have to deal with this type of rudeness.

Even tho spectrum app and email says you can return your equipment at any spectrum store, they don’t accept equipment returns on this store…

Extremely dissatisfied while you can’t even see the US Tennis Open and other ESPN games you raised my internet fee $5 and other charges $1 with out communicating it. At the end of the month I will disconnect your services. Because I tried Sept 1st but after 2 hours waiting on the line your system disconnected the call. You are thief!!!

-5 stars for the followingDon't get their mobile service. I had to call minimum twice to deactivate a line, they supposedly did. Then I found out I was still being charged, they "deactivated it" and now I found out months and months later, they've still been charging me. This has been going on since 2021. Service is poor in many areas I go for work. And their customer service is lower than a lizards testicles. It is embarrassingly and shamefully terrible. Wish I never switched to them. They got me with a lower payment since I have their internet. And I'm now looking for options to replace them for that as well after this wonderfully stupid experience

I walked in and no greeting, completely ignored. The girl working seemed like she invited a guy she recently met to get to know him better. It was just flirting and talking about how he doesnt text her. She didnt bother to help me. The guy working didnt acknowledge me. Yes , he was helping someone but didnt even look at me to let me know he would be right with me. I walked out. Horrible service

I spoke with retention today. Was going to leave for another company with lower rates and similar internet speed. I first spoke with "Kevin but I accidentally hung up while disconnecting my phone from my car. I called back immediately and got someone named Danil.I have to say that their understanding to my concerns and thier professionalism was an unexpected delight. I ended up staying with Spectrum. I know good service having been in that industry for decades. The 2 people I spoke with are an asset to Spectrum.Thank you
