I visited the store to inquire about upgrading my phone, and the experience was disappointing. The agent greeted me with, “What do you want?”—no courtesy at all. When I explained that I was interested in upgrading, he abruptly said the store didn’t have the iPhone 16, without even asking which model I was looking for. I was simply trying to explore my options, but his attitude made the entire interaction unpleasant.

The customer service was exceptional, all questions were answered.
Overall, my experience with Luis was outstanding, I was completely impressed with his professionalism and patience.

Can't say I'm particularly happy with the people working this store. Aren't mildly friendly even, borderline condescending, and you feel like you're bothering by being there. I get it, customer service isn't a glamorous job in any way, but damn, why do I leave there with problems unresolved or feeling like I was spoken down to? I work customer service, I get it. At least give some kind of alternative solution or explain why something can't be done without contemptuous tone. Unfortunately it's the closest one to me now since I moved, otherwise I would take the 40 min ride to Winter Park so I can at least have a better experience.

I called Spectrum and asked for a service and it never arrived, they told me that they sent it to the wrong address that I had to go pick it up at any Spectrum store but it was on complete rest due to an accident and they told me that I could send a family member but he had to register it, and once he arrived at Spectrum they told him that they could not deliver it because the owner had to go, and I called again and they told me the same thing that if I could pick it up because he is registered in my account and has authorization, and the employee who attended to my brother expressed himself in a very incorrect way, it is assumed that if they work there it is to provide a solution, not to not solve the problem.
They must have more empathy with their customers

The customer service staff are the worst, they spend their time telling stories in the store and they do not serve or provide solutions to the customers.

Luis Medina was awesome he was so helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks to him, he introduced me to a new product that saves us so much money that am forever grateful. He was very patient and so kind. We need more people like him. Thank you and God bless you Luis !

I was told my Verizon phone service would be 5g. It is not. I barely get 4g and I live in a very populated part of Orlando. Can't load webpages or play simple games like solitaire

THE WORSTTTTT STORE EVER. all i had to do was return equipment, which they require you to sign in and wait. WHY was i waiting damn near 2hrs just for the interaction to be less than 1 minute. Completely ridiculous. They need a better system. MAYBE have one person strictly working returns & the others help with other issues. Y’all need to DO BETTER.

Very frustrating; even though I have a reservation for equipment pick-up today, July 6th, they were out of equipment! So what's the use of having a reservation? Their response? "We got slammed and ran out of equipment, I'm sorry"
I will not recommend this location ever!
