We went to this location, because my grandmother needed assistance with her service and billing. Sofia was our customer service rep & was beyond professional, knowledgeable, patient & overall an excellent customer service rep! We are so thankful for her expertise and attention to detail, we cannot say enough good things about Sofia-she is a valuable asset to your company. We also commend the store manager, for a great team!

Oswaldo Duarte was extremely helpful and efficient. I got in with an old phone and a high monthly phone payment from another phone company and I was able to walk out with a upgraded phone and a new cell phone service for wayyyyy less than what I was paying. I didn’t feel pressured to commit to anything just given great information.

I Came in to purchase a new phone at this spectrum location, I was 100% satisfied with the customer service provided by Sofia, she explained and provided all the details and assisted me with activating my device. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for assistance with their spectrum device.

Just want to start off with my customer service experience.Sofia is amazing, she explained all the details to my fiancé and I. Went over all the deals and plans as a new customer and I signed up.Now, the issue is Spectrum, not Sofia. Since nobody from spectrum will ever change anything based off this review, this is my way of ranting and having peace.Why take the chairs away for the customers to sit? Are you trying to get us antsy and make a purchase to leave? It makes no sense. Why don’t you guys offer extra deals in store. I ended up going online to finish my sale since there was a discount promo that Sofia couldn’t offer. Why is everything about the in store experience so so silly. Again the employees were great but Spectrum is such a let down on the store level. Then you offer them commission like the other big box stores? As someone who used to work for a provider, this does not make any sense.

I went to this store yesterday and received the best customer service!Sofía was exceptionally great and extremely courteous. I had ordered new phones at a different store a few days before and part of the order needed to be fixed. She was very knowledgeable and was able to fix everything for me with great ease. I could notice her expertise from the very beginning of my visit. I would definitely recommend Sofia at this specific store to anyone!

I’m currently waiting on phones to get to this store but I have to say Sophia’s customer service has been out of this world! When I went to the store she took the time to go over the two options I wanted and provided me with her card so she can keep me updated on device arrivals. I don’t have my phone yet but I’m beyond grateful for her help and service, I refuse to go to another store to shop!

Field worker was excellent but the folks in the billing department are just plain worthless. Two days in row of being on hold for 45 minutes. Just terrible!

You can only add service in the store , if you wanna reduce service , they give you a number to call and ready to wait for an hour for that , also you can't return equipment there , they tell you to return other area I don't know what is this store for

Horrible service rude employees, at the Obt store.I went in thinking I was going to have an upgrade. After how I got treated, I left with my old phone. I rather go elsewhere with my money.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Service is horrible. Even to return equipment and get a receipt, they tell you to wait half an hour if you want a receipt or go to UPS (who is more efficient and will get you out immediately)RUN RUN RUN. AT&T offers fiber, Wi-Fi hasn't dropped since I switched. If you want spotty Wi-Fi that will decrease in speed depending on how many people are on, this is a great choice. If you want professional and adequately staffed stores, you may want to avoid them.It's 6pm, the time when most are getting off of work, and they have two employees in the store. Manager left them with poor direction. Instead of working the in and out drop offs, they send you to another store.
