Great service! I switched from T-Mobile phone service to Spectrum! the customer service at this location was stellar. I was very skeptical about what my actual bill would be VS what they advertise, and to my surprise the phone service is outstanding, and the phone bill is exactly as quoted. I waited to receive the 1st bill before writing this review for that reason. Spectrum does not exactly have the best reputation for their cable services and I won’t defend this. I don’t have cable anymore because they are the only option, and I’d rather watch paint dry than give Spectrum Cable a penny.Their mobile service side, however is stellar! I’m still waiting for the punch but there seems NOT be one ! So, if you are like me and just hearing the word “Spectrum” makes you nauseous, forget everything you know about their cable services and consider switching to their phone service. It’s worth it !

So my trip to this location spans two days but I'll keep it brief. Came in just looking for information and possibly switching over from T-Mobile. Sam immediately greeted my Mom and myself as he was just finishing up with a customer. We got to talking with him about our concerns and he went over the plans and promotions with us.After about an hour back and fourth we pulled the trigger and made the switch. Sam was super helpful, walked us through the entire process and helped me get everything switched over for both my devices. He broke all the details for the billing and gave us a rough estimate for what my monthly bill should look like. Even when we ran into an issue switching information from one iPhone to the new iPhone, Sam was real quick to have a few solutions of how to overcome it.Sam you've definitely earned some permanent customers and we appreciate you and customer service.

i understand putting up with rude customers but when someone comes to you with a positive attitude and u are incredibly negative and rude there should be some repercussions. i have worked minimum wage jobs where i maintained a good attitude even with the worst customers. this place makes me question if there’s even any structure in the management. kind of ridiculous that people whose job is to make sales and stand in an air conditioned room filled with electronics their entire shift even feel the need to be unnecessarily rude. some of y’all really don’t understand privilege and it shows. if i could give zero stars i would.

Just came in to pick up my router for my new apartment. However, the salesman (Alex H.) was extremely pushy in trying to get me to start on a "free" phone plan as well. After stating I was not interested three times, he asked me what I'm currently paying "to compare against competitors" and continued to push about why I'm not interested in this plan in a disrespectful way.Instead of providing service and any instruction on setting up the router, I felt I was pushed out the door because I declined the additional phone service.I wanted help in picking up my router, I understand you have things to sell, but this was way too much. Respect your customers and their right to say no. Will not be going back and will only be calling and shipping routers back and forth moving forward. I've been asked about the phone service before, but other representatives are willing to take no for an answer.

We changed our iPhones from AT&T to Spectrum, big mistake. My phone didn't work for 2 days. Eventually, Spectrum took out the SIM card and used an e-sim. We had no coverage in our home when we moved 18 miles away from 32803 to 32824. Zero phone service. We decided to go back to AT&T and even upgraded to iPhone 14 Pros. My phone did not accept calls or texts. After 4 trips to the AT&T store it was determined Spectrum had not completed the porting of my line. It took 18 days to get my phone working and it was only after AT&T determined Spectrum had not completed the port. Horrible service, horrible technology, horrible product.

If you own a business and you want garbage customer service, and people that do not care at all about charging you without delivering services than call Spectrum. I have been waiting over four hours at my office for the technician to show up no call no show. These big companies are just a monopoly and their service is disgusting.

I was at the Spectrum store trying to resolve an issue for over 3 hours, the young lady who assisted me was extremally friendly and helpful. She did everything within her power to get my issue resolved and I was very appreciative of that
