Im the CEO of KB Dreamz, I went in this store to open up a business account for my business. The manager assisted me. She kept asking for different documents one by one; Such as, my business EIN letter, Article’s of Operation, Business Credit Card, and Business Bank statements. She went in the back for about 30 minutes, claiming she had to verify my business. Came back, and said I was denied due to not enough business credit. Which I knew was a lie, because I own a business who specializes in building business credit. So I got corporate number, went to my car, and called them. I emailed them those same exact documents while on the phone, and got approved for 5 lines, $250 spending limit towards each phone. I was told I can go back in the store to pick them out or have them delivered. I then went back into the exact same store and said to her, “I got approved for my business account that you said I was denied for due to not enough of business credit!” She replied “Well there be so much fraud going on, we just have to make sure!” Clearly she lied, and provided poor customer service to me. I will never ever attempt to shop there again. My phones are in the mail on the way to me. I refused to let this store take the credit for my huge purchase.

If I can leave a non-star it would be best, worst customer service ever. You come in to add a line for your son and they want to upgrade your whole family plan and cellphones. I don’t need upgrades, plus I’m happy with what I have. Don’t push a sale if you see what I came for. Never coming back!

Went in to this store on 3/8/20 to add an Apple Watch to my data plan. I explained what I wanted and did not want insurance on my product. Get home and I received an email stating I signed up for the protection plan for an additional $15 per month. After calling sprint and cancelling this unwanted product I was informed that this is a common thing stores are doing. If you go this store be cautious and read everything you sign. I was told I’m signing a contract stating I needed a data plan for the special I was getting, however I was being forced into a protection plan unwillingly. Horrible business practice, stay away from Yolymar and this store.

Walked in and only one employee tells us he is the only one working. We were willing to wait and told him we were looking for a specific phone. He told me that Apple took their iPhones so we couldn't actually touch one? Ok whatever. Look in the break room when the door opens. There is four people back there with one eating? Waited ten more minutes and one employee comes out. Tells us they don't have any iPhone 11's? I told her they shouldn't have everyone on break at once and she lied to me and told me it was a meeting. I can clearly see someone eating so that's lie number two. I'll never set foot here again. Went home and ordered online. I suppose you advertise cheap bill it comes with cheap customer service. I have another carrier whose stores are well run. I'll have my mom switch. Adios Sprint

Store manager Vanessa C. Is a complete disrespectful person ever treading the customer with no care about them or they needs. Doesn’t help out with any question, yelling and throwing documents and talking back. Disgusting doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

I'm giving a 5 star All because of Limary Olan. It was a delight to deal with Limary. . She was like a breath of fresh air. Answered all my questions and demonstrated that she is very knowledgeable of all the products Sprint has to offer. I can only compliment her for the excellent service she provided. She definitely went the extra mile to make sure all was to my satisfaction. Employees like her are an asset for any company. Congratulations!

Horrible customer service. Came in because my replacement Apple 11 pro was not connecting to the network. First said they didn't offer technical assistance. Told them the apple store just replaced the phone and put the previous sim card in the new phone. Apple sent us over to them. There weren't many customers in the store and 3 of the 6 employees were just standing around and said they didn't know when we could have someone check the card. Finally left and went to the store at 10783 Narcoossee Rd in Lake Nona. AMAZING SERVICE!!! 15 Minutes at the Lake Nona store and the phone was fixed. I should have checked the reviews before stepping foot in the Millenial Mall store. Very Disappointing Sprint allows them to represent their company.

Worst customer service ever. The manager was assisting everyone except us because we’re leaving Sprint which gave us just another reason to leave this horrible company. We waited over 40 minutes and did not assist us at all. They assisted people that came after us.

Yolymar was absolutely wonderful!! She deserves a 100 star rating. She was so sweet, patient and helpful tranfering my photos onto icloud and making sure everything was backed up. She smiled all the way and gave me exceptional customer service. There are closer Sprint stores near me only 15 minutes away in Clermont, but she is worth driving 45 minutes. I was going to leave Sprint after 18 years because of how I was treated at the Clermont store on Hwy 27, but she changed my mind to stay with Sprint and I love my new phone too. Thank you for hiring her! My fiancee is going to do his today. I'm getting married in a week and this is the best pre wedding gift ever!

There seems to be a miscommunication and a lack of experience when it comes to this sprint store and the company itself. I tried several times to change my plan and was promised I could keep my number only to be turned away with “we can’t do that”, “come back tomorrow when the person who attended you is working” etc. When I asked specific questions to a plan or some help on what to do next all I got was a “I don’t know” instead of trying to find the answer or a solution. After two days with wasting my time I decided to go to AT&T and just change providers. After changing providers I needed to return my iPhone to sprint which I thought was going to be a piece of cake. No, absolutely not after being told over the phone from sprint and the store itself that I could. I drove 30 mins in the rain only to be turned around and told that I have to send it into sprint. Me and my family have been loyal customers for 15+ years and this is what we get. This store that Vanessa Combs run is lacking in experience, professionalism, and most of all honesty. Never have I dealt with a company who lies and gives out false promise I can strongly say I will never recommend sprint to any one of my family, friends, and coworkers! Stay away!

I went to return an item here that I was told I could take to any Sprint store. They would not accept my item & told me to go to another store about 30 minutes away.
