The supervisor and this guy in the printing & marketing area are the worse! They need to be replaced or retrained because their attitude needs to go. The only person that was nice and helpful was Marvin, highly recommend anyone to go to him in the printing and marketing area.

The worst attention that can exist! I went to this venue for the first time to print my baby's birthday invitations and they just didn't want to help me. I could clearly see the racism of the worker because of her attitude! My invitations came out incomplete and I needed help since I didn't know how to handle the printer and she just left. So I wasted my money and my time. Clearly I don't go back to where they don't treat people with equality!

Asked to buy 10 plastic bins and the male employee told me if I wanted them I had to wait 1 hr or more ….. with a smirk and wasn’t even busy….. I purchased another item and the guy just threw my receipt in the other bin I purchased…. Rude and shouldn’t be working directly with guest.

My experience was terrible at this location. I went to scan a document and the employee that was working the printing section was absolutely horrendous. I asked him for some help scanning and he said, "it's going to be a while." The guy was standing no more than 10 ft away from me behind the counter. His delivery, attitude and overall willingness to help was nonexistent. He obviously could not be bothered to help a customer. I had to go ask one of the cashiers to help me. Which he did. I left my number with the casher at customer service and asked for someone to call me back. You need to be sure that this guy gets adequate training to improve his people skills.

It was extremely unpleasant to find out that their printing services are extremely overpriced but the ads they have everywhere of price matching are only for the full service and not available for immediate pickup. Jenny the lady behind the printing area was very condescending and seemed offended that I asked her questions. They charge 3x as much as your local library for printing and their service is 100x more rude.

I am not gonna be a Karen on my daughter's insistence and I am taking the bad review down. However. Customers buying a soda stream refil need to make sure they are getting heavy in bottle as the new looking bottle I got yesterday was empty and it was nicely implied my machine was broken instead of admitting shitty refills happen sometimes and here I go ahhhhh. Seriously dude how hard it would have been to say that. You felt how light the freaking bottle was that I brought back. I know karma... I am not interested in scamming u of 18$ CO2 refill. I have $ to pay for it.... Measure the bottles weights or refill them properly ahhhh. I am a Karen . So be it if it helps other people. Fudge. Why do u freaking drive us buy shit online? I wanted to buy local to keep jobs here instead of delivery guys. Fudge!

horrible, rude. costumer service was not the best. not very demure. asked for a blow up poster board of my late husband and didn’t receive it the way i imagined. i also asked the price multiple times before hand and even showed a picture of how i wanted it. while going back to pick it up the picture wasnt on the board.. edited correctly.. even had a scuff mark. when i told the lady that i wanted it on the the board, she put her hands on her head and said “oh i must’ve forgot”, she didn’t mention that there was a charge of $85 when i asked the full price she only said it’ll be 30$ which is a reasonable price bein as though that’ll be price anywhere else.. not no 100 n some dollars. 0/10 recommend.

I went in to use the TSA precheck services and received rude service from Marcus. I was told to shh and stop talking multiple times as if I was a child, when trying to understand the process. Marcus then proceeded to stop completing my application and stood with his arms crossed. I ended up leaving and will not be returning to this location.
