I usually shop at bestbuy or Amazon, but I said let me go get a few items from Staples since I am nearby. Terrible experience. The cashier was too slow showing the guy ahead of us how to use the app and spent like 15 minutes and never she cared there's people are waiting and then I realized why I don't shop here and why places like this go bankrupt. So I left the store without buying the items and decided not to come back here again.

Very disappointed, went to print something and the two persons at the counter had an actitud like they don't want to be there, then after make wait 5 min. One decided to grab my USB key to print my document. If this is the way you treat customers i will chose another location.

Kevin is the best. Had a computer crash one day and bought a new one. Kevin had it already to go the next day. Almost within a 24 hour time frame. Staples is the best.

This isn’t the first time I’ve felt intimidated at this store. This time, an employee was staring at me so noticeably that even my 8-year-old pointed it out. I left immediately, only purchasing the item I had in my hands and skipping the other items I had planned to buy.

The manager Christina is so knowledgeable and helpful and kind. I appreciate her help so much. She is an asset to Staples.

If there was a way to give negative stars I would. I came to print something as I always do. And typically the workers would ask me if I need help or talk me through the process. But today I went in and she was not my normal person I go to but she seemed more focused on the computer than even listening to what I was trying to ask. Instead I had to figure out how to do it myself. So I had to pay more because I didn't know how to do it were as if she would have done her job it would have been plain and simple.

I went to print two papers. When I went to the store, they were two ladies with an attitude to help the customers. I’m never visiting this Staples again note noted.
