All I ask is to pay attention to my order it was slow. I was literally the only person in there, and the lady still got my order wrong, and now i am on the highway to see my son run. What a waste!! I am very disappointed.

I love this starbucks so much. I get discounted starbucks at my work, but i’ll always pay a little extra just to go here. The people are SO UNBELIEVABLY kind and the coffee is always the best coffee i’ve ever had. They’ve only messed up my order like twice in the years i’ve gone there and they always fix it right away and then let me keep the wrong coffee/food for free! The energy is immaculate and everyone there deserves a raise!!!

I went inside due to drive through wrapped around the building only to be told that someone will be with me, no one was at the register, the girl Anthony took my order but was ignorant to what an Oprah Chai tea latte was or even exists, so after disputing that topic, I paid and waited for my items, the items I ordered were correct but the order taker name tag Anthony was not providing great customer service, after i sat down Anthony came to tell me lower the volume on my phone because it was bothering the staff, which I had been on since the beginning of the transaction, I told her the music was louder than my phone, I felt offended and to just give me a refund because I was leaving, to add insult to injury she tried to refund my money to a card, I corrected her and told her to give me my refund in cash which she forgot that I paid with cash in the first place, Anthony kept apologizing unnecessarily, I informed her not to be sorry but cautious! I would rate this location with zero stars for the cashier Anthony on today and maybe she will do better in the future, no one should receive unsatisfactory service like this from Starbucks, employee educational training and redirection is highly encouragedParking: Small
