SO incredibly slow staff, absolutely no communication between each other or to customers, if you try talking to the barista passing out drinks then good luck, because like an automated machine they will slowly reach that drink over (that’s ordered from 30 minutes ago) and call out names like you don’t exist. Baristas visibly wiping their noses or mouths while making drinks without stopping to wash their hands, gross. I work at a Starbucks that isn’t half the high volume as this one yet we know how to hustle and get things done. Incredibly incorrect staff for an airport’s level of volume. I had to tell them to not make my drink after 40 minutes of waiting (which, judging by the barista’s reaction, she ignored), and board my flight without it. I just went to a Starbucks once I landed and got reimbursed.

I had a great experience ordering coffee through the mobile app. The coffee was hot and ready in just two minutes after placing the order. It saved me from waiting in the long line, which was really convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

This location is under staffed. Probably 30 people at any given point waiting. The only employee that worked with a sense of urgency. The young lady making the drinks.Everyone else…..snails pace.

So slow. I would think after a certain amount of time you would adjust to how many people you have and could deal with the volume of work. I guess Starbucks doesn't care about quality anymore.

So you order your food and drinks and you get your drinks in a reasonable time but 45 minutes later you still don't have your food. This is obviously a normal occurrence because eventually they give people's food away for free who couldn't wait any longer because they had to catch their plane. This was actually happening for items like lemon loaf where somebody just has to put it in a bag and they're making these people wait 45 minutes. Order drinks here but definitely not food.

I ordered one grande coffee. They charged me twice. There were 4 or 5 people working there but none of them could refund me only the "manager" could. They told me she would be back in 10 minutes if I wanted to wait. I came back in 15 minutes. No manager. They said they'd call her and I could wait another 10-15 minutes and she could issue the refund. I had to leave to make my connection. Starbucks is already overpriced. Don't want to pay double for a coffee. And by the sound of the employees' reactions it is a frequent problem with double charges and hard to refund.

Employee calling out orders was having a bad morning. If Starbucks doesn’t work out for her (it won’t) we can expect to see her in the TSA line checking ID’s.

This is the absolutely slowest service I have ever seen at a Starbucks. There were 3 employees behind the counter and for a solid 6 min not a single drink was made, while 4-5 people were waiting for their orders. 1 employee was cleaning while another was running around trying to restock all the cups. The remaining employee was heating up food.The employees were nice, service was just extremely underwhelming and slow. The employee making the drinks was doing her best, but she definitely needed help.

Worst service I've ever gotten. We mobile ordered (which they shouldn't have apparently because they cannot keep up) they lost our drink order. We asked multiple times when our drinks were coming and the barista jazmyn would only tell us that,"the cold and hot bar are on different times" although all the drinks we ordered were cold. Once we got 3 of 4 of our drinks we continued waiting and waiting. When I questioned our 4th the barista claimed she, "already made it" however we never received and and our name was only called 3 times. Placed our order at 3:54 and did not walk away with all 4 drinks until about 3:40. I do not recommend this Starbucks. I understand they were very busy but there is absolutely no excuse for waiting 50 minutes for some coffees. They were all pretty terrible tasting drinks too. It would've been different had they been apologetic and cared but they did not.

2 workers didn’t have their hair tied back when it’s long enough to be. Two members of our party work in food service, one being a former Starbucks store manager, and we were both disgusted as soon as we saw their hair down. One was mid length while the other girl’s was very long. The member of our party had talked to the manager very politely about it and she only chuckled and said thanks and dismissed us. Walked back over there later and only one of the girls had put their hair back, and the manager was also in the front with her hair down as well.

Two people behind the line had their long hair down, one was chewing gum as well, and another was on her phone hovering over the espresso bar. Spoke to store manager and one put their hair up. Drinks were made properly but service and health code standards were far from.

Consistently the WORST option in the airport!!!! I have worked in this airport for 4 years now, everything here takes an excruciatingly long time, if they even have it.Don't even waste your money!!!

Came to this location 7/14/23 early morning. Asked the personnel at what time do they open? And she replied “we don’t know yet”. Then I asked aren’t you supposed to know the established time to open. And ahe claimed low personnel to take care of customers. The first lady very rude in the way she answered my question.
