This was one of the best stays we’ve had in a hotel for our family of 5. The suite offered us room to spread out. We appreciate the convenience of having a kitchen. I love the bathroom setup with the sink outside the toilet and shower. It made it easy to get ready while someone was showering. The breakfast and “happy hour” with free snacks and adult beverages (M-W) were both fantastic! What a happy surprise! We walked from the hotel to Sea World which saved us $40 in parking. It was a 1/2 mile (2 block) walk. You won’t regret staying here. This will be our go-to if we come back for another visit!Rooms: The rooms were clean and spacious. Loved the bathroom setup. Had two tvs, one in each room. We really like having a full sized fridge to keep our water and beverages cold as we travel.Nearby activities: We made a short drive to Typhoon Lagoon. It wasn’t too far.Walkability: We walked the 1/2 mile to Sea World. It’s literally 2 blocks from the hotel. So close. We saved $40 on parking.Food & drinks: The breakfast was fantastic. It changed every other day for our three day stay. The happy hour offered M-W offered free adult beverages, fountain sodas, and small plates of food. One night we just ate the small plates for dinner because it was so good.

Reservations made for 2 king bed suites 2 months ago. Was told that rooms would be available at 4pm for check-in. Arrived at the establishment at around 3:30 pm; sat outside in our vehicle until 4pm. Went inside, and the front desk attendant, Lencia Joseph, RUDELY informed us that neither room was ready yet and the rooms would be ready in about 30 minutes. We went back out to our vehicle and waited an additional 30 minutes before going back into the hotel. Was told only 1 room was ready and no idea when the second room would be ready. Asked to speak to a manager and was informed that the manager was not there. We took the one available room, and was told that we would be contacted when the second room was ready. Still never got to speak with the manager, Omar Nate. We never received a call from the attendant. We finally were informed about the room an hour later, 5:30 pm, when we inquired if one of our lost items may have been turned into the front desk.I would highly recommend seeking a room reservation elsewhere that can provide better customer service.Update: The rooms were nice once we finally got settled in. And the next morning the manager, Omar, was apologetic and provided an appropriate resolution to the mishandled encounter that occurred during the check-in process. For this reason, the room rating is being changed from 1 to 3. Had the rooms been available at their stated check-in a rating of 5 would have been given. The rating of service is changing from 1 to 3 due to the exceptional customer service of the manager. The demeanor of the front desk attendant pulls the rating down from a 5.

My family and I stayed here for just 1 night. Our room was #104 which had a wheelchair accessible role in shower. The suite was large, but outdated. When you enter the room the kitchen is immediately to your left with an open floorplan into what we consider a living room. The kitchen had everything you needed to bring food to cook and appeared clean. There is a full size refrigerator and also a microwave hidden under the dining table that separates the kitchen from the living room. There is also a desk and a pull out sofa. The sofa was a beige color and was stained. I am not sure why hotels continue to put porous furniture in their hotels knowing how filthy they get instead of buying all wipeable items because God knows what substances get left behind. The room is mostly carpeted which is another bad idea for the same reason listed above and tile or laminate would make more sense, but.....who am I. There is also a foot rest and chest of drawers with a tv on top in the living room area.Inside of the bedroom was a king bed. Near the window was a closet that did not open because it held the a/c which was very loud. The bed was comfortable and clean. A dresser with a TV is directly in front of the foot of the bed against a wall. There is only 1 bathroom which is inside the bedroom so if travelling with others they would have to enter bedroom to access the bathroom. As you enter the bathroom the toilet is immediately to your right and a small closet is to your left. The bathroom has a small sink adjacent to the roll in shower. There are 2 shower heads and a fold down seat. The pressure was very low and the water would not warm past room temperature in the shower. I turned on the sink to see if that would help which did nothing. The sink water gets very hot. Whomever tiled the floor angled it so that water goes from the sower all the way to the back of the sink. And pools from wall to wall instead of going down the drain just outside of the shower. The floor was not clean and had stains and areas of dirt and grime. The base of the wall near the shower had gotten wet so much it had mold and appeared soft. The bottom half of the shower did not appear to be sealed properly with caulk which also looked moldy. We had to request the toilet be fixed as soon as we arrived because it was making an awful sound and the toilet only had about 16 ounces of water and would not fill up. I went to the front and about 10 minutes later a guy came and had to replace a part. They do provide a real crib if you have an infant. They have free breakfast, but I had left over chinese food which I ate for breakfast. They have a soda machine that makes wonderful ice.The staff are pleasant.

Terrible! They didn't clean the rooms, and when we requested cleaning they destroyed my suitcase, I made a complaint and reported it immediately. However, they didn't give any position, even though I stopped by every day and left the hotel at the end of my stay, forcing me to return to Brazil with my broken suitcase!! Terrible attendance!!!!
