I have had my storage here before the company changed and never had a problem until this new company took over. I received a notice they had to change locks due to pest issues in nearby storage. Everytime I try to get a replacement key that was promised in an email. The staff including management acts like they have have no clue. Good luck on getting corporate help. I would not advise storing here. Awful service

Visiting this location and seeing what my other half has had to put up with with the lady at the counter. The Russian lady(apologize I don't even know her name) has been rude and very not understandig about whatever the situation may be. She doesn't know how to handle situations or talk to anyone unless she has the last word and doesn't let you talk to her. How can I contact the owner? My other half is needs to get a hold of his personal belongings including tools for work and the lady has kept him from doing so. He might loose his job. Cause this lady is creating this whole scenario and doesn't understand or have communication skills.

I think it is the nicest choice on the block because it's right next to the grocery markets i would be table to stop at the corner store to get
some gas.

Horrible expierence terrible place, moved in some items on August 5th and by September everything out the storage unit was stolen they have no safety or real security measures, staff is also useless and rude

I had an excellent experience at this storage facility thanks to the manager, Csilla. She was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. She answered all my questions clearly, explained everything in detail, and made sure I felt comfortable with my unit. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and genuine in customer service. I truly appreciate her help and highly recommend this location because of her.
