You can score designer products for a good price but thats the only good thing about this location. The staff is always rude and I have bought products twice via social media but when I have gone in to pick up the products the staff has beed unable to locate the item. After the second time I swore I would never be back but over the weekend they had a 90% off sale so I thought it would be a good change to update my closet. After looking through the racks I was turned away from the from the fitting room because I had clearance items. What kind of policy is it to not allow customers to try on clearance items? I do understand that the items are a great bargin but if they dont fit then its still a waste of money. As a young college girl I dont have frivolous funds to waste. With recently loosing 80 lbs I have no idea what size I am. Also adding in that these are prewarn clothes that may have been altered or washed so the tag size may not represent the actual size. I will NEVER be back!

I walked in on a Sunday at 4, to sell my handbags I had little to no guidance as to what to do or where to go. Mind you I'm a Jew who wears a Star of David, I was greeted by Shaima who gave me a very abrupt and cold experience. Also, before this her coworkers which I won't name made a snarky anti-Israel remark under thier breath as if I wouldn't hear them. I won't be visiting again thanks for the great customer service. :)

This store is amazing. And they offer shipping which is amazing. Every time that I have shopped with them they have always been so helpful and sweet. I will continue to order with them and highly recommend them!

I went into the store a few months ago with my wife. As my wife was looking around the store. The friendly staff was telling me they started selling men clothes also. And they were very helpful showing me everything in my size. Needless to say both me and wife walked out the store very satisfied with the selection of merchandise they have. And I just wanted to thank you for the pleasant hospitality and service.

I’ve only shopped this style encore on Instagram, and I’ve never tried to sell anything so I can’t speak to that experience, but the customer service is great and their prices tend to be very fair. I got a brand new Disney lilly dress for under $40 with shipping, you can’t beat that!

The clothes look super worn out and it looks like there is no fashion whatsoever ever on the floor. Kids are the sellers and price item out of nowhere. How is the Michael Kors watch that I bought last year for $250 now they can offer $25 !! I feel like they getting clothes from their friends and they selling their stuff, some of their shoes has black marks from the feet ? on it and they are for sell!

I have been shopping/selling at this location for many years.I have had pretty good experience until today.I was told they had to give back all my items due to styles or brand that don’t sell well for them.Brands included, designers from Nordstrom, Chloe designer shoes, Fendi coin purse, Tory Burch Sandals, Aqua Benita, Lululemon, A.L.C. BURU.Actual brands you would want to see in a classier consignment store. I watched them take in a 20 year old coach bag.Racks filled with target, loft, old navy, big department store junk. This store used to do so well with designer and taking in actual style.Clearly not anymore.Make matters worse, the “store manager” Jordan, was actually laughing at a review just below me.I heard it, and my family did.Unprofessional.So Jordan, I won’t be back!No response needed as well. You can look up my history. I have purchased and sold enough. You lost a customer.

Went here to sell clothes and I had dress pants and old interview clothes. Brought two bags of clothes in, said it would take 10-15 minutes because it wasn’t busy. Ended up taking over an hour and I was waiting and finally asked and they said they forgot to send a text and “sorry for the wait” but it was done a while ago. Passed up all my clothes and gave them back so it wasn’t even worth waiting anyways. Rude service.

I found some great pieces here. Their designer items seems fairly priced and there is tons of inventory of everything except crop tops/tank tops.

This store gets one star for the great prices . However do not take your luxury items there . A few months ago they tried offering me $8 for my Burberry scarf , I declined the offer . Today brought a barely used Louis Vuitton pouch and was told it had too much wear on it . I had to laugh and left due to the nonsensical reason. If you can't afford to buy it say so . Will not return to sell anything . Better of going Plato closet or Facebook market place.

Not quite sure what's happening lately at this place. I've been shopping here for years, because it usually has some great brands for good prices. I have clothes still in rotation that I bought from this store 5+ years ago that are still going strong. Now, when I check the racks, it's mostly Shein and Forever 21. Plus, there's a bunch of Loft and Kohl's stuff, which I can often buy new for about the same price on sale. Personally, I'd rather spend a bit more on clothes that I know will last from quality brands. It's also a bit confusing how they decide what to buy from week to week. I think this is because they are shifting to buying only "on trend" items, when the fast fashion trends used to be kept to Plato's Closet. It would be helpful if they could post a list of what they're specifically accepting - not just "sweaters," but "cropped sweaters" or "cardigans" or something.I go in now and then with clothes to sell, and they'll always take a few things and say the rest can't be accepted because they "have too much inventory." During my last visit, they accepted a top I got from TJ Maxx (which I honestly thought would have been too cheap for them to go for) and a Gap shirt (I'm assuming because it was cropped). I think if they focused more on quality, more people would shop their allegedly overstocked inventory. Just because something's trendy doesn't mean folks will want it secondhand. Maybe consider sending fast fashion stuff over to Plato's Closet.I still find some good brands in here every now and then, but I certainly don't leave with the hauls I used to. I'd particularly like to see the "Coach bags" section of the wall actually have some Coach bags under it, since it's had nothing for a few months, now. I'm starting to wonder if online is the only way to shop consignment, anymore.

I am unfortunately not a local so I can’t shop locally to them, but this hasn’t stopped me from supporting this small business. Thanks to their amazing staff and team on IG I have been able to grab so many goodies and have them shipped over to me in cali and still be able to take advantage of their killer deals. I greatly appreciate the staff here and all their help worth my online shopping!

I decided to finally visit this store next to my house and the service was horrible. The good thing is that the products are good but the customer service was bad. Actually, there’s no customer service. I wouldn't go back just because of the unfriendly service.
