Bought 2 fooling subs, like I received 2-3 slices of ham and turkey no lettuce just all bread horrible place I will never go to Subway got ripped

I tried the pretzels and bought 2 of them. My jaw hurts from eating, chewing these rubber pretzels. No way those are fresh. I think if you try a microwave type pretzel it would taste the same. Yuch. The subs were just ok but, won't waste my time coming back. Bye bye-

Came in about 11:00 a.m. it was the only person in line and since Subway has changed its menu I had to ask for a build my own sub the old Subway Italian BMT course she did not ask me what bread I wanted or what cheese I wanted so it wasn't a build my own she was telling me it was the same thing as the ultimate when I sold her it was not the same as the ultimate because there was not an ultimate BMT before. I am really tired of Subway getting cheap

Nice, peaceful, quiet and quaint. The manager (or at least I think she was) knew people coming in by; name, occupation, last visit items and seemed very genuine and interested in her guests comings and goings in their own lives affairs. Small town charm! The younger girl and the guy too were great. I got my sandwich to go because I had water in the car and a long drive back to Brandon but instead I stayed in my car and ate and watched. People that may have even entered without, definitely left w A SMILE ON THEIR FACE!!! Thanks for a wonderful experience, to the girl who made my #18, the guy who ran it through the garden for me and rang me up and thank you to the manager who definitely hired the right people for the front of the store. Go get a sandwich now and tell them Tyger Anthony sent you. Take care and God bless ?.

Asked employee to not use knife to push in ingredients or to cut my sub due allergy to avocado. Employee used knife and said it has not come in contact with avocado. Now after two Benadryls…still dealing with a swollen tongue and face. Great job subway employees listening to their customersDietary restrictions: Allergy to avocado and employee proceeded to ignore request to not use knife

The tip request at the end soured the whole experience. Please take that off. With Publix subs right next to you, I have other options and am discouraged to go back to your shop because of it. I ordered nothing extra, got the sub as is with no modifications, took my sub to go and did not even eat there, yet I was asked very directly to “make my tip selection.” It’s awkward and makes me not want to go back.

I stick with their basic subs. Never know about the 'Try this new sub'. Spending 12 bucks isn't worth trying a new sub. Will not do it

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I went today February 16, 2023 at 9:20 am, the employee who was there treated me with the worst attitude that someone can treat you! When I entered I said Good morning and she didn't even say anything, HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT THEY ALLOW PEOPLE LIKE THIS TO WORK? IF YOU DON'T LIKE HER JOB GIVE OTHERS A CHANCE! I WOULD LOVE TO TALK WITH. A MANAGER BECAUSE I'M SURE I'M NOT THE ONLY PERSON SHE HAS TREATED SO BADLY. I felt so bad that I left and did not ask for anything! I WILL NOT RETURN UNTIL THEY CHANGE THAT EMPLOYEE!

Online order ready when I arrived. Great thing about Subway is that you build your sub online exactly as you want it. Walk inn a few minutes later and it's ready, no waiting in line!
