I need to get the name of the young lady that works at night at this subway because she is very helpful and the subs she makes are always delicious. Even sometimes when she is busy and from what I can see the only one working she takes her time making sure each order is made correctly and with care. I ordered a #20 (Elite Chicken, bacon & Ranch) sub and it came out so good, almost wanted to immediately go back to order another one, it was that good! Ok.... I understand we all like condiments on our subs......I ordered a cold cut combo with mayo and honey mustard and all my veggies.Meats were fresh. veggies fresh, bread fresh..... mayo and honey mustard.....Sub could have submerged in the amount put on.COME ON...... it was so loaded with mayo and honey mustard it was completely un edible. I am really upset because I was truly looking forward to that sub especially when I haven't had one in awhile. And first time at this particular Subway.Unfortunately I will not be returning.

The restroom was locked by the key. There was no notice about asking for the key. I was waiting and waiting then I ask staff and they provided me a key. Never see anything like this. The staff was so rude, after I return the key, they

Just left from this location. Despite the fact that the employees were joking around I proceed to order my food and the register when I asked for an additional order I was told “ you should of ask me then for everything together since is an inconvenience for me and a waist of my time”. In complete this believe, never again. No sense of customer service and or respect to the customer. Very rude and incomprensible when I was there to consume a product. The food was cold and the bread was old too. 0/10

I order , a sub and chips. They forget to put the chips in my bag. They don't put no napkins. I call them. They say they can't do nothing about it. To call -door dash to get a refund? the girl says I'm sorry we too busy and I forgot what an excuse that aint no professionalism at all.

Luna is the worst subway employee that I ever seen. No courteous, no greetings customers, she not even put sauce in my food, no water omg. Overall was bad experience with her. If she doesn't want to be nice with customers, please put your resignation letter asap.
