Why would you only have one person working a Saturday afternoon shift? Placed order thru the app and still had to wait a long time for food. It wouldn't kill y'all to have a second person in the store at all times. He did a great job tho, didn't catch his name.

I was picking up an order for an online third party delievery company. There was a line, about 5 or 6 people. I figured maybe it would be a 15 minute wait. I was there for an entire hour and I had to read my customers order to them, as if I was ordering for myself. The gentlemen that were working there were super nice, I give them that but Subway has to train their employees better at this location!!! Bless their hearts because it's not their fault, but they didn't seem to know what they were doing and were extremely slow! I did not want to cancel my customers order but if it would have been my own, I would have walked out after the first 20 minutes. Subway needs better training. I have NEVER waited so long at any restaurant in my life! Thankfully my customer wasn't too upset but it is bad for business!!! Unless you want to wait for hours on a meal, I would not recommend!

Lately for the past few weeks the employees have been great. I’ve noticed that this store has had many issues with their employees, but the crew that is here today 12/13/2023 at 12:00 PM is the most professional and patient that I have seen yet. Managers/Bosses, please keep those two females around. They have made the buying experience very pleasant.

Waited an hr on my online order while people kept piling in. I went in to check 10 mins after it was supposed to be ready & they said they haven’t started it. So being patient, I went & got gas & came back & they still didn’t have it finished but were finishing peoples who just came in. After complaining they said they are trained to not to mobile orders until the restaurant isn’t busy. I work in a restaurant & find that hard to believe. They started making my food extremely slow & had other people who came in after me done before me again! Then the guy put the wrong things on my sandwich on purpose & I had to correct him. Not to mention him coughing over my food. Just real incompetent people that work there & this is why I never come to this location. It was an accident that my order got sent there bc I have never had a good experience there! Older white lady & Jason should not ever run lunch alone or period, give them the easier shifts! They probably need to be retrained.

Came here to get my kids lunch before taking them to school after their dr appt. After waiting 30 mins the lady started our order and then took it out the oven then started another customer order after we have been waiting. Very unprofessional, lack of courtesy and no respect for customer especially kids.

Justin and Sway was the best!! They provided excellent customer service!! They had the courtesy to wait until I arrived to let me know they didn’t have the bread i originally ordered and provided me with a choice to continue my order or cancel!! They hooked my subs up on that wheat bread lol!!! Thank you guys keep up the great work!!!
