Closed 15 Mins early , Employee still inside he then turned off the interior lights after walking up to the Store entrance letting us know they’re closed . Store closing time says 10:00 PM .

The management suck at the subway how do you come in to work with booty shorts on that's unprofessional this is the worst Subway I ever been to in my life just subway is trash they need new management there I do not recommend this Subway at all the manager started being in her feelings trying to yell at me so unprofessionally I don't even work there I am a customer for everybody in the area do not go to the subway they think they're better than anybody else that's around there never again this subway should be shut down or she should be fired from the store She says she's own the store she don't own that store everybody should put in a petition to get her fired

My boyfriend got food poisoning, spoke to staff who were flat out RUDE and denied the possibility of it. He's been sick now two days!! Do not eat here. The staff is poorly trained and obviously unsanitary.

I wish I could give zero stars. Ordered 3 subs thru the subway app. I ordered an hour and half ahead of time because I was at practice with my kids. To then drive to this subway right before closing to then be told there's no mayo, no lettuce, no meatballs and only wheat bread. I asked why couldn't I have gotten a call to tell me over an hour ago that I need to make other arrangements to feed myself. His reasons were that they aren't not allowed to call. What type of management would tell their employees to not help the customer by giving a heads up. I am now without food and too late to go to another subway. Im Furious. Also I have to call to figure out how I'm getting a refund. So no food and no funds. Poor service and management for that matter.

Says the store opened at 9. Been sitting outside waiting for 20 minutes. The least you can do is let me know you're running late. I don't usually waste my time with a review but since you decided to waste my time I figure what's 5 more minutes for a bad review. Whoever open 4/8/23 do better.

Longtime Subway customer. Recently went to No. Hiawassee store twice in a week. Shay West took care of me both times and what a breath of fresh air she is!! Friendly, attention to detail, and just great. Nice to see in a world where so many hospitality staff seem grumpy and uncaring about their jobs. Thanks, Shea. You keep on, girl!!P.S. Store is clean and food is fresh.

I ordered and prepaid on the app. Arrived when app said my order was ready. They had not even started the order. They proceeded to make 6 other people's sandwiches before making mine that were already paid for. I ended up waiting another 30 min while other people were served and left already. The app is prepaid and should take priority. A couple of sandwiches weren't made correctly either. I want my money back.

Worst experience ever. I placed an online order and my sandwich was wrong. When I went to pick it up, they didn't have the chips I ordered and the staff was rude. I did the survey to let them know it was wrong and about my experience. Much to my surprise the district manager Steve Place emailed and wanted to make things right (supposedly). He told me I can go back and they will make a whole new order or give my mailing address and he will send a gift card. I'm not usually over there so I opted for gift card. After a month of waiting I still never got anything and reached out with no reply. After a month a half reached out again with no reply. If upper management doesn't keep their word, how does he expect his employees to?!?! I gave him a chance to make it right and never did so I told him I would give the bad review. You can't make promises to make things right and not do it so overall he made the experience even worse. He dont care nor does his employees and it shows

I never expect friendly service when I eat fast foods because everyone seems to be upset with the world that they're working there, but the Hiawassee Subway is different. Every time I go there, the staff is incredibly friendly and the (in assuming) manager on duty always treats me good. It's quite refreshing. I wish I caught her name, but she's awesome. Thank you!
